Fault Status and Codes
The fault status is displayed in area E. When the symbol is flashing, press the M/3 key to adjust the display to the E interface. The number below the interface corresponds to the fault content. Specific statuses are:
- E-001 Motor Hall fault
- E-002 Handle failure
- E-003 Controller failure
- E-004 Brake failure
- E-005 Voltage fault
- E-006 Communication Failure (Instrument Does Not Receive Controller Signal)
- E-007 Communication Failure (Controller Does Not Receive Instrument Signal)
Wiring Mode
The wiring mode is as follows:
- Red wire (D +): Positive input of power supply
- Black wire (GND): Negative pole of power supply
- Blue wire (DS): Controller switch lock
- Green line (Tx): Communication transmission
- Yellow line (RX): Communication reception
- Grenade Hall Signal Station
Special note: The meter has Bluetooth, NFC function, and password boot.
NFC Function and Boot Options
The NFC function allows for different boot modes:
- Mode 0: No password and NFC swipe card to boot. Press the boot button briefly to start.
- Mode 1: NFC card only boot. Press the power button; a letter 'N' will appear. Swipe the NFC card in the designated area to boot.
- Mode 2: Password and NFC swipe card boot. Press the power button and 'ENTER PASSWORD'. Swipe NFC as in Mode 1, or enter the password (default 1234). For password entry, long-press the first digit for over 1 second, then use number buttons. Boot action must be completed within 5 seconds of a short press of the boot button, or the instrument will sleep.
App Connectivity
Android users can scan a QR code to download the app. iPhone users can search directly in the iPhone store. After opening the app, click the Bluetooth icon to search for the Bluetooth name connection starting with 'LIVIAE'. Clicking the Bluetooth icon leads to the login interface. Registration and binding are required to modify parameters and prevent misoperation.
How to register:
- Click 'Register Account' and enter information.
- After registration, the login interface appears. Click 'Login'.
- In the Bluetooth search interface, click the name starting with 'LIVIAE'. Scan the code box or enter the barcode number and letter to bind. The barcode is usually found in the manual or on the instrument itself.
Quick login is available without instrument background access.
NFC Card Usage
There are typically 3 cards: a blue main card and a white secondary card. The blue main card acts as the master, while the white sub-card is for guests. The premise for using the blue main card is that P96 is set to 1 or 2. Short press the boot button (within 5 seconds) and swipe the blue main card in the NFC area. The number '1' will appear. Swipe the first white card for '1', the second for '2', and the third for '3'. If a third white card is swiped, the instrument shuts down. Each swipe produces a beep. Press the power button to swipe the white card to turn on.
Parameter Settings (Background Function Layout)
Press buttons 3 and 5 simultaneously to enter the background function layout. Parameters can be adjusted using buttons 4 and 5.
- P01: Backlight brightness (1-10)
- P02: Mileage unit (0: km, 1: mile, 2: km/mile full display)
- P03: Voltage level (24V, 36V, 48V, 52V, 60V, 72V)
- P04: Sleep time (0: no sleep; 1-60 minutes for sleep time)
- P06: Wheel size (unit: inch; Accuracy: 0.1)
- P07: Number of magnets (Range: 1-100)
- P09: Zero start/non-zero boot setting (0: zero start; 1: non-zero boot)
- P10: Drive mode setting (0: assist drive; 1: electric drive; 2: power drive; electric drives coexist)
- P11: Assist sensitivity setting (1-24)
- P12: Starting torque (Range: 0-5, 0 weakest, 5 strongest)
- P13: Booster plate magnet type setting (5, 8, 12)
- P15: Motor drive signal percentage setting (set to 100% for full speed)
- P16: Instrument real-time cruise function (0: No function; 1: Function enabled)
- P19: Taillight setting (0: Taillight always on; 1: Taillight synchronized with headlights)
- P20: Boot Settings (0: Soft Boot; 1: Normal Boot (50%); 2: Hard Boot (100%))
- P21: Electronic brake strength (0: none; 1: Yes (class 1-10))
- P92: Handle Hall setting (0: No rotary handlebar function; 1: Rotary handle function)
- P93: Change password (Press button 3)
- P95: Boot mode (0: No password/No NFC; 1: NFC only; 2: Password/NFC)
- P96: Speed limit 40km setting (0: cannot cancel; 1: liftable by long-pressing No. 3; 2: cannot lift, requires shutdown)
- P97: Drive icon setting (0: no function; 1: switch single/dual drives; 2: dual drive default)
- P98: One-click start (0: No; 1: Yes)
- P99: One-key recovery (Long press button 3 for 5-6 seconds in P99 interface to restore all parameters)
Operation Instructions
- Power On/Off: Press and hold button 2 to turn on/off headlights.
- Start Modes: ECO PRO (default), COMFORT, SPORT. Switch using button 2. Background P20 sets default boot mode.
- Speed Limit: Long press button 3 to enter speed limit settings.
- Display Information: Short press button 3 cycles through ODO, TRIP, TIME, and fault codes.
- Voltage/Speed: Button 5 flips between voltage and speed display.
- Pedestrian Mode: Long press button 5 to activate/deactivate pedestrian icon.
- Drive Modes: Short press button 4 switches between single/dual motor modes and drive icons (front-drive, rear-drive, dual-tron motors).
- Gear Selection: Button 5 cycles through gears (max 3).
- Background Adjustment: Press buttons 3 and 5 simultaneously. Use button 3 to select parameter, buttons 4 and 5 to adjust. Long press button 3 to save.
Setting Password
The default password is 1234. To change it, go to background setting P93. Short press button 3 to enter password modification. The display will show 4 horizontal bars. Enter the new 4-digit password using number buttons. Short press button 3 to confirm. If P95 is set to password/NFC, press button 1 on restart to enter the password or use NFC.

This equipment complies with FCC Part 15 rules. Operation is subject to conditions that it does not cause harmful interference and accepts any interference received. It meets FCC radiation exposure limits, requiring installation with at least 20cm distance from the radiator and body.
