Set the antenna in the receptacle and turn clockwise. Turning the Radio On and Off Rotate the On/Off/Volume knob clockwise or counterclockwise until a click sounds. LED Indicators Blinking Red Radio has failed the self-test upon powering up, goes out of range if Auto-Range Transponder System is configured, is receiving an emergency transmission, or is transmitting at a low battery level. Solid Green Radio is powering up, transmitting, or indicating full battery capacity when the programmed Battery Strength button is pressed. Blinking Green Radio is receiving a call or data, or detecting activity over the air. Solid Yellow Radio is monitoring a conventional channel or indicating fair battery capacity when the programmed Battery Strength button is pressed. Blinking Yellow Radio is scanning for activity or has yet to respond to a Call Alert. Hijau Tidak Berkedip Radio sedang dinyalakan, melakukan transmisi, atau mengindikasikan kapasitas baterai penuh saat tombol Kekuatan Baterai terprogram ditekan.
