Overview
The Makita VS001G is a powerful cordless vacuum sweeper designed for professional cleaning tasks. It is part of the XGT 40Vmax system, offering high power, durability, and digital communication capabilities. The system supports a comprehensive ecosystem of over 210 compatible tools.
Dust pickup rate: Approximately 90% (under specific test conditions: Standard suction mode, Standard brush rotation speed, side brush off, hard floor, cement powder dust, 250 g/m² spreading density, 700mm travel distance).
Cleaning width: 650 mm with the side brush engaged.
Key Features
Versatile Cleaning: Capable of cleaning dust or waste of all sizes. Two main brushes located at the bottom of the machine efficiently clean small dust particles and large debris, such as 500ml PET bottles.
Dust Collection: Features a dust collection function that reduces flying dust. The dust container has a capacity of 24 L (6.3 gal). An optional dust bag set with a 47 L (12.4 gal) capacity is available for collecting bulky waste and can be reused.
HEPA Filter: Equipped with a HEPA filter for improved air quality.
Main Brushes: Two electric main brushes are height adjustable and feature toolless replacement.
Side Brush: The electric side brush on the right side of the machine allows for cleaning along wall edges. It is toolless replaceable, interlocked with the main brush rotation, and its height can be adjusted.
Transportability & Maneuverability: Reduced machine weight aids transportation. The cleaning width is designed to be within typical door widths (800mm or less) for easy maneuverability in various environments.
Powerful Performance: Driven by three motors, including BL motors for dust collection, main brush, and side brush operations, ensuring efficient and powerful cleaning.
Storage: The handle can be folded to allow the machine to stand upright for compact storage.
Operating Section: Control switches and indicators are conveniently located on the handle's control panel for easy operation. Controls include main power on/off, suction mode selection (Standard/Quiet/Off), main brush speed selection (Standard/Quiet), LED job light on/off, and filter cleaning on/off.
Switchable Brush Rotation Speed: Rotation speed of the main brush and side brush can be switched between standard and quiet modes to suit the work environment. Standard mode is for large amounts of dust and waste, while quiet mode is for noise-sensitive areas.
Filter Cleaning Mechanism: An electric filter cleaning mechanism vibrates the filter to remove dust and reduce clogging.
Durability: Features eXtreme Protection Technology (XPT) for enhanced water and dust resistance (IPX4 rated).
Visibility: An integrated LED job light illuminates the front of the machine, allowing users to check for dust or obstacles in dark places like warehouses.
Carry Handle: Equipped with a carry handle for easy transport.
