Product Overview

The Mi Smart Band 4C consists of the following parts:

• a: Fitness Tracker (the main device)
• b: Long Strap
• c: Short Strap

The Fitness Tracker features:

• Heart Rate Sensor
• Touchscreen
• Touch Button
• Charging Port

Note: The model number can be found on the end of the fitness tracker when the USB charging plug is detached.

Installation

1. Insert the USB charging plug of the fitness tracker into the slot of the short strap. Ensure a secure connection.
2. Attach the long strap to the other end of the fitness tracker in the same manner.

How to Wear

Wear the band comfortably around your wrist, approximately one finger's width away from your wrist bone. Wearing the straps too loosely may affect the accuracy of heart rate data collection.

How to Connect

The band requires the Xiaomi Wear or Xiaomi Wear Lite app to function. Scan the provided QR code (for Android 4.4 & iOS 10 or above) to download the app. Follow the on-screen instructions within the app to pair the band with your phone. This allows you to view and control more functions.

Note: For first-time use, press and hold the button to light up the screen.

Pairing Steps:

1. Sign in to your Mi account within the app and select the corresponding band to pair.
2. When selecting the Bluetooth device, ensure the identification code displayed on your phone matches the code on the band.
3. Follow the on-screen instructions. When the band vibrates and displays a pairing request, tap the button to complete the pairing process.

Note: Ensure Bluetooth is enabled on your phone. Keep the phone and band close together during pairing.

How to Use

Once successfully paired with your phone, the band will begin tracking and analyzing your daily activities and sleeping habits. Tap the touch button to wake the screen. You can navigate through features like activity data and heart rate measurement by swiping up or down. Swipe right to return to the previous screen.

Navigation:

• Swipe up/down: Switch between functions.
• Swipe right: Return to the previous page.

Disassembly

To disassemble, remove the band from your wrist. Hold the fitness tracker firmly and pull the strap downwards.

Charging

1. Charge the band immediately upon receiving a low battery notification.
2. Remove the short strap to expose the USB charging plug.
3. Insert the charging plug into any standard USB port for charging.

Precautions

• When measuring your heart rate, keep your wrist still.
• The Mi Smart Band 4C has a 5 ATM water resistance rating, making it suitable for showering, swimming in pools, or swimming near the shore. It is not recommended for use in saunas or during scuba diving.
• The touch button and touchscreen do not function underwater. If the band comes into contact with water, wipe it dry with a soft cloth before use.
• Avoid wearing the band too tightly during daily use. Keep the contact area dry and clean the straps regularly with water.
• If you experience redness or swelling on your skin where the band contacts it, discontinue use immediately and seek medical assistance.
• This band is not a medical device. Data and information provided should not be used for diagnosis, treatment, or prevention of disease.
