This fixture is compatible with a TRIAC (forward-phase or leading-edge) / ELV (reverse-phase or trailing-edge) dimmer at 120V only. · Make sure that the power source conforms to the requirements of the fixture. (See labels on the fixture housing). · To reduce the risk of electrical shock, and to assure proper operation, this fixture must be adequately grounded. To accomplish proper grounding, there must be a separate ground wire (green)
contact between this fixture and the ground connection of your main power supply panel. · This fixture is intended to be used for general indoor lighting in dry or damp locations. · Disclaimer

Assembly Instructions
Step 1 Preparing for installation A. Disconnect electrical power at the fuse or circuit breaker box before installing or servicing any part of this fixture. B. Carefully remove the fixture and hardware kit from the carton. C. Remove components from hardware kit. D. Remove mounting bracket (2) from fixture (1) by sliding opposite of the arrow direction then lift away from the fixture. Separate the bracket from the fixture by unhooking the tether steel wires only at the bracket side then set it aside until ready to be reinstalled. E. Install mounting bracket (2) to junction box (not included) by using 2 screws (3) to secure it temporarily to the ceiling. Proceed to mark each location through the four holes on corner of the bracket for additional support. Take bracket down by removing the two screws (3). Drill small pilot hole at center of each marked locations. If there is a wood joist, use a suitable wood screw (5) to mount the bracket. Where there is no wood joist to screw into, drill a larger ¼" hole for plastic anchor (4) or use a ¼" toggle bolt (not included) of suitable length to mount bracket securely to the ceiling. Ensure mounting bracket is fully secured to the ceiling now. F. Re-attach the fixture (1) to the mounting bracket (2) by pressing on the spring clip of the tether steel wires to secure point. Note: Arrow direction on both mounting bracket and fixture must be facing same direction.

Wiring All wiring must take place inside the junction box (not included)

Caution: Make sure power is off at the fuse or circuit breaker box. Check power wires for damage or scrapes. If power supply wires are within three inches of the LED driver, use wire suitable for at least 90°C (194°F). Note: Most dwellings built before 1985 have supply wire rated to 60°C. Consult a qualified electrician to ensure correct branch circuit conductor before installing.

Step 2 Wiring fixture A. Make all wire connections to appropriate wire. Secure with wire nuts (provided). B. Connect the green wire from the fixture to the supply power source ground wire. C. For non-dimming. Connect the white wire from the fixture to the white (N) wire from the supply power source. Connect the black wire from the fixture wire to the black (L) wire from the supply power source. D. For TRIAC dimming at 120V only. Connect the white wire from the fixture to corresponding neutral (N) wire in accordance with the dimmer manufacturer instructions. Connect the black wire from the fixture to the corresponding control line (L) wire in accordance with the dimmer manufacturer instructions. E. Do not mix wires. Pull on each wire lead to make sure connections are secure. Make certain no bare wires are exposed outside of wire connectors. Tuck all connections neatly into the junction box.

Then slide the fixture to the left about 1.2" of travel distance to secure it. Note: Arrow direction on both mounting bracket and fixture must match.

Step 4 Color changing temperature adjustment, CCT (if desired) A. CCT switch is on the side of the fixture. Adjust switch to desired temperature of 2700K, 3000K, 3500K, 4000K, or 5000K as shown. Note: Fixture is preset to 2700K from factory.
