Operation Process

Ultrasonic Cleaning

Ultrasonic cleaning uses penetrating and cavitation shock waves generated by ultrasonic waves in the medium to powerfully clean objects with complex shapes, cavities, and pores, completely removing stubborn carbon deposits from the fuel injector.

Preparation

Methods And Steps

  1. Add an appropriate amount of cleaning agent to the ultrasonic tank, ensuring it covers the bottom of the cleaning stand.
  2. Insert the plugs of the drive wires into the injector sockets. Use an adapter cable for special fuel injectors.
  3. Use the selection keys (up/down) to select "01 Ultrasonic Cleaning". Set the working time using the time adjustment keys (default is 10 minutes).
  4. Press the Start button and turn on the ultrasonic cleaning switch on the side of the device to begin cleaning. Use the Pause button to suspend or the Stop button to exit.
  5. The heating switch on the side of the equipment can be turned on during cleaning to improve the cleaning effect.
  6. The working time counts down. The system stops automatically when it reaches 0.
  7. Remove the fuel injector from the ultrasonic tank, wipe off any cleaning liquid with a soft cloth, and prepare for the next job.

NOTE: During cleaning, you may hear an intermittent vibrating sound (approx. 5 seconds) when holding the injector to your ear, indicating normal operation. Ultrasonic cleaning is strictly prohibited without cleaning agent in the tank to prevent equipment damage. Only use dedicated ultrasonic cleaning agents; other reagents may void the warranty.

Injector Diagnostic

This function tests the atomization, dripping, blockage, and fuel injection angle of fuel injectors, as well as the volume and balance of fuel injection at different speeds.

Methods And Steps

02 Idle Speed Test
03 Medium Speed Test
04 High Speed Test
05 Accelerating Test

NOTE: Fuel pressure, working time, and pulse width are automatically set by the system. The system cycles three times for 10s each to simulate engine acceleration conditions.

06 Variable Speed Test

NOTE: Fuel pressure, working time, and pulse width are automatically set. The system cycles three times for 10s each to simulate engine idling, medium speed, and high speed conditions.

07 Leakage Test

NOTE: The default pulse width is 3ms. This test checks for injector dripping/leaking at a simulated oil pressure of 0.3MPa.

08 Idle Speed Spray Volume Test

DESCRIPTION: Simulates engine working conditions and fuel injection volume for a specific number of injections during idling.

09 Medium Speed Spray Volume Test
10 High Speed Spray Volume Test

Storage And Maintenance

Storage

Replacement of Test Agent

When the test agent accumulates impurities and becomes unusable, drain the tank via the drain valve, clean the interior with a small amount of test agent, drain again, and then add 1L of new test agent.

Fuse Replacement

A fuse box is located on the left side of the power socket. Open the box to access and replace a blown fuse with a new one of the same rating.
