About Phrozen GO

Phrozen GO is a mobile application designed for users of supported Phrozen printers. It enables remote control of devices and monitoring of print progress from any location.

The Phrozen GO app is available for free download and requires an active internet connection to operate.

Download and Installation

To get started, please ensure your 3D printer firmware is updated to the latest version. Refer to the firmware update instructions for more details.

Download the Phrozen GO app from the App Store or Google Play and complete the registration process.

Connection Settings

The connection process involves several steps:

1. Complete the registration process within the Phrozen GO app.
2. On the app's main screen, tap "Add Printer" to initiate the scanning process.
3. On your 3D printer's touch panel, navigate to Settings, then Remote Control. This will display the printer's QR code.
4. Open the Phrozen GO app and scan the QR code presented on the 3D printer's screen.
5. Confirm the connection on the 3D printer screen to bind your account.

Adding Multiple Printers

To connect additional printers, return to the app's main "My Printer" screen and select "Add Printer" in the upper right corner. Repeat the scanning and binding process for each printer.

Checking Connection and Printer Information

To verify your connection and view printer details:

1. In the Phrozen GO app, tap Printer Information, then SN Code.
2. On your 3D printer, navigate to Settings > System > Hardware Testing > SN Code.

The connected device and the 3D printer should display the same SN Code.

Important Notice: A single 3D printer can only be bound to one Phrozen GO account at a time. To bind the printer to a different account, you must first unbind it from the current account.

Unbinding a Printer

To remove a printer from your Phrozen GO account:
