DocumentDocumentWarranty Conditions: 1. Definitions: "Manufacturer" refers to HABYS Sp. z o.o., ul. Produkcyjna 16, 38-200 Jaslo, Poland. "Buyer" refers to the end customer, whether an individual or a business entity. "Distributor" refers to an authorized seller of the product. "Authorized Service" refers to a service center operated or designated by the Manufacturer. "Equipment" refers to the massager covered under this warranty. 2. The Manufacturer guarantees proper quality and functioning of the Equipment for 1 year from the date of purchase. 3. The warranty does not cover routine maintenance or assembly tasks assigned to the Buyer. 4. The warranty covers only defects originating from the Equipment itself. It does not cover: Damage due to improper use, storage, maintenance, or transport. Discoloration due to sun exposure, chemicals, or stains from substances such as oils or dyes. 5. The warranty does not cover mechanical damage. 6. The warranty is void if: Repairs are conducted outside of Authorized Service. Unauthorized modifications are made. The device is used contrary to its intended purpose. The device continues to be used after a defect has been detected. 7. The Manufacturer is not liable for damage to third parties caused by the Equipment. 8. The warranty does not exclude statutory rights under applicable consumer protection laws. 9. The warranty is valid only in the country where the purchase was made. 10. Warranty repairs will be completed within 14 days from the date the Equipment is received by the Manufacturer or Authorized Service. If repair takes longer, the Buyer will be notified of the delay and expected completion time. 11. To claim warranty service, the Buyer must: Provide proof of purchase and photos of the defective Equipment with a description of the issue. Report the defect within 14 days of its detection. Send the Equipment in its original packaging at the Manufacturer's expense. Provide a return address in the country of purchase. 12. The warranty period is extended by the duration of the repair. 13. The Manufacturer or Authorized Service determines the repair method. 14. The warranty covers only repairs. Replacement is only possible if repair costs exceed the purchase price. The Buyer cannot demand a new product under the warranty. 15. The Manufacturer is not responsible for transport damage. 16. If the Manufacturer arranges shipping, the Buyer must inspect the Equipment upon arrival and report damage within 3 days to claim reimbursement. Before use, carefully read this manual and keep it for future reference. Safe Usage Conditions: Use the product according to the enclosed manual. Keep children under 3 years old away from the device. Do not use the device in the bathtub, shower, or a highly humid environment. It is recommended not to use the massager for more than 15 minutes at a time. After use, unplug the device. Never pull the cord to disconnect it, as this may damage the device. Disconnect the power supply when the device is not in use. For indoor home use only. To prevent electric shock, do not immerse the device, plug, or cord in water. Do not spray liquids. Do not touch the device with wet or damp hands. Keep the device away from heat sources. Do not place objects on the device. Do not insert foreign objects into the device. Store the device in a dry, dust-free place, away from direct sunlight, preferably in its original packaging. Cleaning and Maintenance: Before cleaning, make sure the product is unplugged Use only a soft, damp cloth for cleaning. Wipe the device gently to clean it. When not in use, unplug the device and store it in a dry place, away from high temperatures and direct sunlight. It is recommended to store it in its original packaging. Operating Instructions: Before installing the massage head, ensure the device is unplugged. 1. If the protective mesh is installed on the head, unscrew it counterclockwise. Do this carefully to avoid breaking the plastic mounts. 2. Select and attach the desired massage head by pressing it onto the device. 3. The ribbed head does not require a protective mesh cover, as its structure may damage the mesh. 4. If using a different attachment, install the protective mesh by screwing it clockwise until it clicks into place. 5. Plug the device into a power outlet. 6. To turn on the device, turn the knob clockwise towards the ON position. 7. The intensity of the massage increases as the knob is turned further. 8. During the massage, an infrared function is activated, enhancing local microcirculation. 9. To turn off the device, turn the knob counterclockwise. 10. After use, unplug the device.
