Remote Controller

REMOTE CONTROL OPERATION
The remote control has the following buttons:
- ① TEMPERATURE UP: Increases temperature.
- ② FAN SPEED: Adjusts fan speed between H/M/L.
- ③ TEMPERATURE DOWN: Decreases temperature.
- ④ AUTOMATIC DRAINAGE: Toggles the automatic drainage function.
- ⑤ SLEEP MODE: Activates sleep mode.
- ⑥ SWITCH MODE BUTTON: Cycles through modes: COOL, DRY, FAN.
- ⑦ TIMING: Sets or cancels the timer function.
- ⑧ ON/OFF: Powers the air conditioner on or off.
Note: Please pair the remote control with the air conditioner before operating.
- Pairing the remote control with the air conditioner: Within 10 seconds of powering on the air conditioner, long press the ON/OFF button [ON/OFF] for three seconds. The buzzer will make a long beep, indicating successful pairing.
- Air conditioner ON/OFF: Press the ON/OFF button [ON/OFF] to switch the unit on or off.
- Timing: While the unit is running, press TIMING [TIMING] to set the timer. Use TEMPERATURE UP [TEMP UP] or TEMPERATURE DOWN [TEMP DOWN] to adjust the specified time. Press TIMING [TIMING] again to confirm. After 10 seconds, the display will revert to temperature. Press TIMING [TIMING] to cancel the timer. (The time interval ranges from 1 to 24 hours).
- Mode conversion: Press SWITCH MODE BUTTON [MODE] to cycle through COOL, DRY, and FAN modes. Short press the SLEEP MODE [SLEEP] button to activate sleep mode.
- Temperature Setting: In COOL and SLEEP modes, press TEMPERATURE UP [TEMP UP] to increase the temperature and TEMPERATURE DOWN [TEMP DOWN] to decrease it. (Note: Temperature cannot be adjusted in FAN and DRY modes.)
- Fan Speed Setting: Press FAN SPEED [FAN SPEED] to switch between 3 modes: H (High), M (Medium), L (Low).
- Automatic Drainage Function: Press AUTOMATIC DRAINAGE [DRAINAGE] to switch the drainage function ON or OFF.
Battery Installation and Replacement
This remote control requires two AAA batteries (not included).
Removing Old Batteries
- Locate the Battery Compartment: On the back of the remote, find the "OPEN" or "➡" symbol, then slide/press the cover in the direction of the arrow.
- Open the Cover: Gently push or pry open the battery cover until it is fully released.
- Remove the Batteries: Use your fingers or a non-metallic tool (e.g., a toothpick) to push the old batteries out of the slots. Avoid pulling forcefully.
Installing New Batteries
- Check Battery Type: Use 2 AAA batteries (Note: Do not mix old and new batteries).
- Align Polarity: Insert the batteries according to the "+/-" markings inside the compartment (usually positive side up).
- Secure the Batteries: Press down gently to ensure they are fully seated and making proper contact.
- Close the Cover: Align the cover with the locking tabs and press firmly until it clicks into place.
Battery Precautions:
- Non-rechargeable batteries are not to be recharged.
- Different types of batteries or new and used batteries are not to be mixed.
- Batteries are to be inserted with the correct polarity.
- Exhausted batteries are to be removed from the appliance and safely disposed of.
- If the appliance is to be stored unused for a long period, the batteries should be removed.
- The supply terminals are not to be short-circuited.

SMART CONTROL - AIR CONDITIONER APP INSTRUCTIONS
First Step: App Setup
Turn on the Bluetooth on your smart device; start the APP and click "Search" to find nearby air conditioners. A location authorization pop-up will appear. Click "Authorize" to grant permission.
Second Step: Pairing and Control
Click the air conditioner icon for Bluetooth pairing. The APP will prompt you to pair the air conditioner by pressing the mode button [MODE] on the air conditioner's control panel when connecting for the first time. After pairing, the APP will switch to the main interface, allowing you to control the air conditioner.
App Interface Overview:
- ① SET: Celsius and Fahrenheit conversion can be adjusted in the SET menu.
- ② Temperature control: Adjusts the target temperature.
- ③ Current temperature: Displays the ambient temperature.
- ④ Mode: Selects operation mode: COOL, DRY, SLEEP, FAN.
- ⑤ Autodraining ON/OFF: Toggles the automatic drainage function.
- ⑥ Back button: Tap to disconnect Bluetooth and return to the search page.
- ⑦ ON/OFF: Powers the unit on or off.
- ⑧ Fault Indicator: Displays only when errors occur.
- ⑨ Round temperature vector: Displays the target temperature.
- ⑩ Target temperature: Shows the set temperature.
- ⑪ Fan speed: Displays the selected fan speed: Low, Medium, High.
- ⑫ Timing: Sets or cancels the timer function.

Downloading the "Portable air conditioner" Application
Scan the QR code on the left or search for the "Portable air conditioner" APP in the APP Store (for Apple devices) or Google Play (for Android devices).
CARE AND MAINTENANCE
Cleaning
- Wipe the air conditioner with a warm and wet cloth.
- If it is very dirty, wipe it with a neutral detergent, and then dry any water stains with a dishcloth.
Plastic Parts Maintenance
- To properly protect the air conditioner, it must always be kept clean, and try to avoid oil stains and deformation during use.
- If oil adheres to the plastic parts for an extended period, the plastic may become prone to aging or cracking, and emit odor. Therefore, it is advisable to form the habit of regular cleaning.
WARNING!
- It is strictly forbidden to clean the air conditioner directly in water to prevent reduction of electrical insulation and rusting.
- The following substances will damage the coating and plastic parts and should not be used for cleaning: alkaline detergent, soap, grinding powder, hot water, brush, Tiana water, gasoline, alcohol.
