Target Audience: Supplier Network Users
Introduction
Ariba Supplier Network Users can have different roles, which correspond to the user's actual job responsibilities and are responsible for updating their own personal user information. Administrators were automatically linked to the username and login entered during the initial registration. They are responsible for the account configuration and management and are the primary point of contact for you within your organisation for questions and problems. They also have the ability to create roles for the account and manage users. Administrators refer to Ariba Supplier Network - Manage Users for how to manage the users within your network.
Step-by-step instructions 1. Open SAP Ariba
Access SAP Ariba If you receive this error
The synchronisation of your new user account may be pending and/or your account may need approval from the Origin Master Data Administrator. Please wait 30 minutes and try again, if the error remains please contact your organisations Administrator to check the status of your user.
2. Navigate to User Notifications
If you have notifications a red number will be displayed near your user menu. 1. Hover over the number to display the message
Action any notifications, in this example select Confirm email

2. Click on OK You will receive an email to that address select, the hyperlink to confirm

You have now validated your email is correct

UPDATE ACCOUNT DETAILS 1. Click on your User menu 2. Select My Account
You are now in the My Account screen Update any details for your account including:
· Business Role · Phone number · Address details 3. Select Save
