Installation Instructions

Use a flat head screwdriver and pop open the 2nd ridge from the rear.

Using a phillips head screwdriver, unscrew the factory bolt.

Pull the back of the plastic bed rail 1” and then pull up gently to remove from vehicle.
Optional Plus Nut Installation (Drilling Required)
For additional strength, you may use the optional anchor kit. Instructions are as follows:

Use a 1/2" drill bit on the rear holes on the passenger and driver side bed rails.

Keep Anchor (N20) tool stationary and secure Hex Bolt (B069).

Slide the cage nuts into the following locations. Repeat on passenger side.

To minimize risk of losing a cage nut, screw in a 5/16" bolt for easier handling.

Remove the bolt when cage nut is fitted in bed rail.

Repeat for all 12 slots.

Diagram shows installation of N016 knob and S101, S112 sliders.

Repeat on both bed rails. Secure allen bolts hardware.
Diagram shows installation of B165 and B251 bolts with N012 nuts into the bed rail system.

Position upright mounts (P101, P102, P103, P104) in position and secure by tightening the Plastic Knob. Adjust height if needed.

After adjusting the cross bar and uprights to align correctly and centered, tightly secure all hardware.
