Contents and Storage Information Material Composition 5x Buffer B pH 7.2 250 mM Na2HPO4/NaH2PO4, 5 M NaCl; 0.2 µm sterile filtered Amount Storage 50 mL RT For research use only. This product has a limited shelf life, please see expiry date on label. At temperatures lower than 18°C precipitation may occur. Preparation Dilute the complete solution 5x Buffer B pH 7.2 (50 mL) by mixing with 200 mL ultrapure water. After dilution Buffer B is ready for use (50 mM Na2HPO4/NaH2PO4, 1 M NaCl). The diluted buffer should be stored at 2-8°C.
