Troubleshooting Red Indicator Light Issues
If the red indicator light remains steady without flickering:
- Ensure the "flash window" is properly positioned and in close contact with your skin.
- If the red indicator light still doesn't flicker, hold the flash window against your skin for 3-5 seconds and check for normal function.
- Restart the device if the issue persists.
- If problems continue, contact customer service.
Note: For optimal results, repeat the hair removal process 2-3 times, ensuring all body parts are treated without omission or repetition.
6. Hair Management Process
6.1 Skin Test Before Use
Pre-Procedure Skin Test: A skin test is highly recommended 2 hours before any hair removal procedure to check for adverse reactions.
Testing Method:
- Choose a small area of skin on the inside of your upper arm (medial side).
- Apply 1-2 flashes at the same location, starting from low to high energy levels.
- After 2 hours, if you notice redness, burns, stabbing pain, or other symptoms, consult a doctor before using again.
6.2 Operating Steps
Preparation: Clean the flash window, shave body hair, and remove any residue from skin.
Device Setup: Start the device and select the appropriate intensity level.
After Care: After hair removal, cool your skin using ice water or a cold, damp towel.
Moisturizing: Apply toner to retain moisture after the procedure.
Intensity Guidance: Refer to the comparison table below for recommendations on intensity levels suitable for different skin types and body areas.
Usage Guidelines: Avoid using the device repeatedly on the same area. Flash no more than twice in a row on a single spot. Reduce usage frequency when using high-energy intensity levels.
Hair Removal Cycle and Frequency
- Hair Removal Cycle: Use the device 6-10 times per cycle.
- Initial Frequency: Use once every two weeks for up to six treatments.
- Extended Frequency: After six treatments, use once every four weeks for the remaining 6-10 sessions.
- Maintenance: If thin hair regrows after the cycle, treat the area every 2-3 months for continued results.
- Thick Hair: For thick hair, multiple treatments over time are recommended for optimal results.
- Individual Variation: Frequency may vary depending on individual hair growth. Reduce usage if only about 30% of the area has regrown hair.
