General Safety Instruction 1. The operator must read this instruction manual carefully and strictly follow its instructions. 2. This unit shall only be operated on flat and smooth hard floors such as concrete floors. If any load needs to be moved, the floor shall have a maximum allowable gradient of 2%. 3. The ambient temperature for operation is -5°C ~ 45°C. 4. The product or any objects on it shall not hit any obstructions in its lifting process. 5. The stacker's loading capacity depends on the operator's skills, road conditions as well as the stacker's running status, maintenance conditions, and frequency. DO NOT exceed the maximum rated load (capacity). 6. This unit shall only be employed for some limited transport when handling goods. It must not travel with the stacker sitting at its top position. 7. While lifting the load, the stacker should be braked to a stop to prevent its body from swiveling or becoming unsteady. Additional Safety Instruction 1. Never rise to the rated maximum lift height. Place the load uniformly and securely with reference to the load distribution layout. 2. Travel carefully with the stacker carrying the load, especially when turning and traveling down the slope. 3. Do not leave the load on the fork for a long time. Do not keep the fork at its rising position after the operation, but always lower it to its lower limit. 4. Place the load against the fork's elbow when traveling down the slope. 5. Never raise the fork before its free movement is ensured. 6. BEFORE operating, inspect forks, cable, pulley, wheels and brakes for damage. DO NOT use if damaged. -2- 7. DO NOT use it as a personnel lifting platform or step. 8. DO NOT modify the device in any way. 9. When operating a load push-pull stacker, the fork height must be less than or equal to 10 inches. Push-pull operations are strictly prohibited when the cargo is elevated. 10. The cargo must be evenly distributed on the forks, and any offset placement is strictly forbidden. 11. During stacking operations, no one is allowed on either side of the stacker. 12. The stacking truck must be operated on level ground. When crossing a slope, the operator must stand on the higher side to operate it. 13. When operating on a slope, there must be no person standing opposite the stacking truck. 14. When loading cargo, it is strictly prohibited to rest the forklift forks on any fixed object to prevent slippage and potential tipping. 15. DO NOT use it as a personnel lifting platform or step. Parts and components of the stacker should be complete and sound, as well as properly adjusted and tested before delivery to the factory. 2. Check to see that all parts and components of the stacker are complete and sound upon unpacking. The stacker shall only be operated if everything's been proved to be all right about it. 3. The operational environment and conditions ,the load to be carried, and stacker's traveling must meet basic requirements and instructions for safe operation. 4. The fork needs to be raised; just wind the crank handle clockwise; if the crank handle is released, the fork will be stopped still. 5. If the fork needs to be lowered ,just wind the crank handle counterclockwise; the lowering speed can be controlled through controlling the winding speed. MAINTENANCE 1. Routine maintenance and immediate replacement of wearing parts will prolong the stacker's lifetime as well as shorten its downtime. 2. Repairs and maintenance must be performed by experienced professionals. 3. Assembly and disassembly shall be performed with reference to the Explosive View if repairs or maintenance are necessary. 4. Repairs or maintenance shall be performed with reference to the detailed Parts List, and the wearing parts shall be replaced immediately. 5.
