The ELEVATE™ SLi offers a robust 145A output for efficient welding. It accommodates various welding rods, including 6010 and 7018 up to 5/32 in. (4.0 mm), and features Touch Start TIG® functionality.

A full charge provides approximately:

• 9 - 1/8 in. (3.2 mm) electrodes

Proven Chopper Technology®

Benefits include easy arc starts, smooth arc action, low spatter levels, and optimal bead appearance.

Hot Start

Adjustable amperage during arc initialization improves electrode starting. The current decreases to the set output after the arc is established. Increasing from 0 to 10 adds additional current at arc initiation.

Arc Force

Controls penetration from soft arc to crisp arc. A high arc force value creates a crisp arc, while a low value creates a soft arc. The range is from -10 (Soft) to +10 (Crisp).

All-In-One Internal Charging System

No external charger or custom power cord is needed. The system charges the battery, regulates power without overcharging, and is compatible with readily-available cords. The anti-vibration battery system protects the battery from shocks.

Fan-As-Needed Circuitry

This technology reduces debris entry by shutting off the fan when unnecessary. The fan activates before components overheat, prolonging electronics' life and decreasing power usage during idle periods to conserve battery life.
