(Reference image 1) Loosen headers and screw for bracket. Remove OEM bracket from motorcycle. (Reference image 2) Install head shields on new exhaust beforehand to have it ready for install. (Reference image 3) Thread the O2 sensor adapters and install sensors. (Reference image 4) Loosely install the front and rear headers using the OEM flange nuts. *Note, it may be helpful to use a "flex" or "swivel" socket with extension to reach the flange nuts. BILL OF MATERIALS 1 Front Header 1 Rear Header Muffler 2 Hose Clamp Spacer 2 Clip Nut 2 Spring 45mm 1 Spring Puller 1 Heat Shield 1 Heat Shield 1 O2 Sensor Kit IMPORTANT - PLEASE READ CAREFULLY: 005-54901HF 005-54901HR 005-549-M 005-HC-64024 005-549-B 005-S-11 005-10-516CN 005-S45 005-SP 005-549-HS1 005-549-HS2 005-22-92 WARRANTY: Add the spacers to the supplied TBR bracket and install onto the swingarm pivot bolt. (Reference image 5) Attach the 2 supplied clip nuts to the back of the bracket welded to the muffler (Reference image 6) Fit the muffler to the headers. Push muffler as close as possible to the spring tabs on headers. It may help to have a friend assist and tap the muffler with a rubber mallet to help secure it onto the headers all of the way. 10. Attach bracket to the welded bracket on the muffler using the supplied flange bolts. 11. 12. (Reference image 8) Once everything is tightened and inspection complete, re-install footpeg.
