The control panel allows you to manage the heater's operation:
- Power ON/Standby: Toggles the heater between active and standby modes.
- Heating Levels: Select from three modes:
- Natural: Fan operates without heating.
- Warm: Provides a moderate level of heat.
- Hot: Delivers maximum heat output.
- Timer: Set the heater to automatically turn off after a specified duration, ranging from 0 to 120 minutes.
- Oscillation: Activates a wide-angle oscillation (approximately 60°) to distribute heat more evenly across the room.
Important Safety Instructions
Read and follow all safety instructions to ensure safe operation:
- Use only with a dedicated wall outlet. Do not use extension cords or multi-plugs.
- Place the heater on a level, stable, and heat-resistant surface.
- Do not use in bathrooms, laundry areas, or other damp locations.
- Do not cover the heater or block air vents. Maintain a safe distance from walls and furniture (at least 3 feet or 1 meter).
- Keep the power cord away from heated surfaces. Do not run the cord under carpeting or cover it with rugs.
- Do not operate the heater if the cord or plug is damaged, or if the unit has malfunctioned or been damaged in any way.
- Do not use outdoors.

Troubleshooting

- Problem: The heater does not operate.

- Possible Cause: Unit is not on a level surface. Solution: Place the heater on a level and stable surface. The unit may have a tip-over safety switch.
- Possible Cause: Settings are cancelled or incorrect. Solution: Press the heating level button to cancel any previous settings or ensure a heating level is selected.
- Possible Cause: Ambient temperature is higher than the set temperature. Solution: Set the desired temperature higher than the current ambient temperature for heating to commence.
- Possible Cause: Main power switch is off. Solution: Ensure the main ON/OFF switch on the unit is turned ON.
- Possible Cause: Power outlet or circuit breaker issue. Solution: Check the power outlet by plugging in another appliance, and check your home's circuit breaker.
- Possible Cause: Unit has overheated. Solution: The unit may have automatically shut off due to overheating. Unplug the heater, allow it to cool down for 10-15 minutes, then plug it back in and turn it on.
- Possible Cause: Unit has tipped over. Solution: The unit may have automatically shut off due to tipping. Ensure the unit is upright on a level surface before attempting to turn it on.
Cleaning and Storage
Proper cleaning and storage will ensure the longevity and efficient operation of your heater.
- Always switch off the heater at the power outlet, unplug it, and allow it to cool completely before cleaning or storing.
- Wipe the exterior surfaces with a soft, damp cloth. Dry thoroughly with another soft cloth.
- Do not use abrasive cleaners, detergents, solvents, or harsh chemicals, as they may damage the unit's finish or internal components.
- Store the heater in a cool, dry place, preferably in its original packaging or a protective dust cover to prevent dust accumulation.
