Assembly Steps

The following steps detail how to assemble the flipchart:

Step 1: Attaching the Wheels

Begin by attaching the caster assemblies to the legs of the flipchart. Insert the caster wheel housings (Part 2) into the bottom of each leg. Place a washer (Part 5) onto an M6 x 10 screw (Part 1). Insert the screw through the caster wheel (Parts 3 and 4) and then into the caster wheel housing. Tighten securely using the provided wrench (Part 6). Repeat this process for all four legs, ensuring two caster wheels (Parts 3 and 4) are attached to each side of the base. The diagram shows the connection points and the order of assembly for the wheels.

Step 2: Final Assembly Check

Once all wheels are attached, check that the flipchart is stable and all components are securely fastened. The flipchart is now ready for use.

Usage and Storage

The flipchart allows for height and angle adjustments, indicated by rotational arrows on the adjustment mechanisms. It can be folded into a compact state for convenient storage and transport, as depicted in the folded view.
