Eligible customers who purchase a Participating Product during the Promotional Period and comply with these Terms and Conditions will receive a Bonus Storage Upgrade.
This upgrade can be applied at the time of purchase on the Samsung Online Store (https://shop.samsung.com/au/) or received at the time of purchase from a Participating Retail Store.
Bonus Storage Upgrade Details
Eligible customers will receive either:
- The Samsung Galaxy Tab S11 256GB (ROM) variant at the recommended retail price (RRP) of the 128GB (ROM) variant of the Samsung Galaxy Tab S11.
- The Samsung Galaxy Tab S11, and the Tab S11 Ultra 512GB (ROM) variant at the RRP of the 256GB (ROM) variant of the Samsung Galaxy Tab S11 and Tab S11 Ultra, respectively.
Customers must select their desired Participating Product, and the Bonus Storage Upgrade will adjust the product's price accordingly.

Eligible Customers: Australian residents who purchase a Participating Product from the Samsung Online Store or a Participating Retail Store during the Promotional Period.
Note: Non-genuine or non-Australian models of the Participating Products and Excluded Products are not eligible. Samsung recommends verifying product authenticity and eligibility.
Excluded Products: This promotion expressly excludes "C grade" or "seconds" products, second-hand, refurbished, or demonstration products. It also excludes any costs, fees, or liabilities related to installation, insurance, warranty, extended warranty, financing, or delivery.

Samsung Online Store and Enhanced Partnership Portals (EPP)
The "Samsung Online Store" is Samsung's official e-store accessible via https://shop.samsung.com/au/. Enhanced Partnership Portals include selected partnership portals within the EPP program, such as the Government Store, Business Store, Education Store, and Staff Sales Portal.
Participating Retail Stores
"Samsung Retail Stores" are Samsung-branded physical stores or studios in Australia. A list is available at www.samsung.com/au/samsungstore. Customers should verify with the retailer that they are a Participating Retail Store.

Other Matters
- Participation signifies acceptance of these T&Cs.
- This promotion cannot be combined with other Samsung offers unless expressly advised.
- The promotion is for individuals only, not companies or commercial ventures.
- There is a limit of five (5) claims for the Bonus Storage Upgrade per Eligible Customer.
- The Bonus Storage Upgrade is not transferable, exchangeable, or redeemable for cash.
- Samsung reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the promotion if it is interfered with or cannot be conducted as planned.
- The Promoter may extend the Promotional Period at its discretion.
- Samsung may verify the validity of claims and customers, and disqualify non-compliant participants. Decisions are final.
- Eligible Customers are responsible for providing correct contact and address details.
- Samsung (including its officers, employees, and agents) is not liable for technical difficulties, equipment malfunctions, theft, unauthorized access, third-party interference, late/lost/misdirected claims, or customer tax liabilities beyond its reasonable control.
- Consumer rights under the Competition and Consumer Act 2010 (Cth) ("CCA") are not affected.
- These T&Cs are governed by the laws of New South Wales.
- Participating Products are subject to stock availability.
