Important Safety Information for BILSTEIN Product Installation

This document provides critical safety instructions and precautions for the installation of BILSTEIN suspension products. Proper installation requires specialized tools and expert knowledge, ideally performed by a qualified suspension specialist.

Always utilize a chassis hoist for the installation of BILSTEIN products. Ensure the vehicle is securely attached to the hoist or adequately supported to prevent any movement during the installation process. Failure to use the correct tools, expertise, or a chassis hoist may result in serious bodily injury or death.

Precautions When Not Using a Chassis Hoist

If a chassis hoist is not used, the following precautions must be observed:

• Ensure the vehicle is positioned on level ground.
• Block all tires on the ground to prevent any movement during installation.
• Maintain at least two tires on the ground at all times.
• Use adequately secured safety stands (jack stands) to support the chassis.
• NEVER get under the vehicle until all safety steps have been confirmed as performed.
