1 Specifications

2 Add Tongtong Lock APP

The software (iOS version) can be downloaded from the app store. The Android version can be downloaded from the application store of Google Play, Yingyongbao, Baidu, Ali, 360, Huawei, and Xiaomi.

3 New User Registration

Enter the mobile phone number, set the administrator password, get the verification code, and click "Register".

Your password must have 8-20 characters, and include a minimum of two types of numbers, letters, and symbols.

By proceeding, you agree to the User Terms and Privacy Policy.

4 Unlock Steps

The Tongtong Lock APP supports various types of lock devices. When adding a device, select the correct lock type first and let the lock enter the "Add Administrator" mode.

Step 1: Touch the fingerprint module ?️ to activate Bluetooth ?. Click "+" to connect to Bluetooth.

Step 2: Add successfully, then you can rename this lock.

Step 3: Click unlock ?. Allow the app to open Bluetooth requests. Connect to Bluetooth to unlock (click to unlock, long press to lock).

Administrator Note: After the lock is added, the adder becomes the administrator of the lock. Only after the current administrator deletes the lock, can the lock be added again.

5 Send the Key

You can send the key to your family and friends, granting them the authority to unlock. You can also limit the time for unlocking. The recipient's account is the mobile phone number ? or E-mail address ✉️ registered with Tongtong Lock.

6 Key Management

① Click "Key Management" to see the key recipients.

② Click on a recipient's name.

③ In the key details, the receiver's operation record can be queried.

7 Fingerprint Entry

① Click the "Fingerprints" ?️ icon.

② Click "Add Fingerprint".

③ Enter a name for the fingerprint.

④ According to the prompt, lift your finger to perform the next fingerprint collection, a total of 6 times. Please be patient.

⑤ Fingerprint entry is successful. An "Operation Successful" message will appear.

⑥ Go to fingerprint details to view recorded information.

8 Grant the Administrator Key

① Click "Authorized Admin".

② Click "Create Admin".

③ An administrator key can be set with a time limit. The recipient's account is the mobile phone number ? or E-mail address ✉️ registered with Tongtong Lock.

9 Operation Record

① Click "Records".

② Click "Refresh Records" to get the latest operation record. You can see who, when, and how the lock was unlocked.

10 Set Up

This section contains basic information about the lock. Note that the wireless keypad and door sensor do not belong to the primary function of the lock, and remote unlocking requires connection to a gateway.

11 Security Issue

Change Password: Enter the old password first, then set the new password.

When you log in to a new device, you can complete security verification by answering security questions.

12 Tips

1. Please remember to charge the battery first after receiving the lock.
2. Pay attention to keep the spare key beside you or outside of your house. (Daxys will not be responsible for any loss caused by improper storage of the spare key.)

13 After-sale Service

1. Warranty: One year.
2. When the lock is sent back for repair, to improve the efficiency of after-sales service, the following points should be noted:
   • Just send back the lock body and spare key.
   • You need to write down the reason for returning and the administrator password on the warranty card or paper to facilitate maintenance.
   • You need to note the return address; it will be sent back in time after repair.
