I. How to Re-upload Battery EPR

[Germany] Re-upload Steps

Method 1: You need to re-submit on the [Archived] page of [Regulatory Compliance], the steps are as follows:

  1. Visit the compliance page: Performance > Account Health > Policy Compliance > Regulatory Compliance.
  2. On the [Archived] page, find [EPR: German Battery], click the [View or Update] button on the right, and continue to click “Approved” at the bottom of the green box. Click [Submit Replacement for New Content]. In the pop-up window, re-enter the latest battery registration number in the [Registration Number] field and click “Save”. Please refer to the figure below for the re-submission requirements and format for German Battery EPR.

Note: The Regulatory Compliance page defaults to displaying non-compliant items within the last 180 days. If the submission window is not displayed, you can select a date range before the original request date and click “Application Date” to view.

  2. Click Apply Date

Method 2: Re-submit through the [Manage Your Compliance] window, the steps are as follows:

  2. On the “Unresolved” page, find [EPR: Country/Region Battery], click the [Submit] button on the right, and in the pop-up window, enter the battery registration number in the [Registration Number] field and click “Save”. Please refer to the figure on the right for the submission requirements and format for batteries from various countries.

[Spain, Italy, Belgium] Upload Steps

Submission can only be done through [Submit Compliance Information], the steps are as follows:

  1. Go to the compliance page: Performance > Account Health > Policy Compliance > Regulatory Compliance.
  2. On the “Unresolved” page, find [EPR: Country/Region Battery], click the [Submit] button on the right, and in the pop-up window, enter the battery registration number and click “Save”. Please refer to the figure on the right for the format of Battery EPR for various countries.

[France] Upload Steps

Submission can only be done through [Submit Compliance Information], the steps are as follows:

  1. Go to the compliance page: “Data Submission > Manage Your EPR > Submit number”. You can copy the following link to your browser: https://sellercentral.amazon.de/spx/myc/epr-compliance
  2. Select France on the page, find the battery category, and submit the Battery EPR number.

III. Common Questions

Q1. How to check if the German Battery EPR number has been registered by an authorized representative (AR)?

You can check through the following two methods (for reference only):

Method 1: Query through the official German EAR website. The AR is displayed before the manufacturer's company information, usually ending with Gmbh, UG, AG, eG (detailed steps refer to the figure below).

Method 2: Query through the registration certificate. Generally, after the registration is completed, you will receive a registration certificate. If you registered through an authorized representative (AR), the certificate will display the authorized representative's information. Please refer to the figure below for the query:
