I. IM P O R TA N T IN TR O N O TES
· A . E ach assem bled Leg is m ade up of an U pper and Low er section. The U pper Legs 1 have 3 center holes for JessE m brand sw itch or 2 holes tow ard the front and 2 holes tow ard the bottom for the K reg brand sw itch.
· B. IM P O R T A N T ! D o not fully tighten any fasteners until the com plete R outer Table S tand is attached to your router table. Leave everything just finger tight.
· C . T he m ultiple holes tow ard th e tops o f th e B ottom Legs 2 & 3 are spaced 1" apart. It's im portant to plan ahead as to w hat you w ant the finished height to be. If you m easure the assem bled U pper and B ottom Legs together and add the thickness of your top plus another inch for the Leveler Feet you w ill have the approxim ate finished height.

· N O TE : A ll C arriage B olt heads
should be on the outside of the
R outer Table S tand and the Kep N uts
w ill all be on the inside.

II. ASSEM BLY
1 . N e s t a n d a lig n (see Section I, B.) th e s lo ts in th e S h o rt B o tto m L e g 3 w ith
the U pper Leg 1 . E nsure that the U pper Leg is on the outside of the Low er Leg. P lace the S helf B race 7 on top of the S hort B ottom Leg assem bly.

2. Insert the (2) C arriage B olts through the assem bly and secure using (2) K ep N uts. FIG UR E 1-A. The adjacent (2) C arriage B olts and K ep N uts w ill be installed later. A s a rem inder, do n o t fu lly tig h te n any o f th e C arriage B olts, at this point they should only be finger tight.
2. A ttach one end of the Table B race 6 to the U pper Leg. M ake sure the flange w ith the hole is facing up , tow ard the top of the Leg. FIG UR E 2-A .
3. U se (2) C arriage B olts and K ep N uts to attach the W heel B race 8 to the Low er Leg. M ake sure the flange w ith the notched corners is facing up, tow ard the top of the Leg. FIG UR E 3.
4. A ttach the other S hort B ottom Leg 3 and the U pper Leg 1 to the Table B race 6 , S helf B race 7 and W heel B race 8 using C arriage B olts and K ep N uts. FIG UR E 4.

6. Insert the (2) C arriage B olts through the assem bly and secure using (2) K ep N uts. The adjacent (2) C arriage B olts and K ep N uts w ill be installed later.
7. A ttach one end of the Table B race 6 to the U pper Leg. M ake sure the flange w ith the hole is facing up , tow ard the top of the Leg.
8. U se (2) C arriage B olts and K ep N uts to attach th e S helf B race 7 to the Low er Leg. M ake sure the flange w ith the notched corners is facing up, tow ard the top of the Leg.
9. A ttach the other Long B ottom Leg 2 and the U pper Leg 1 to the Table B race 6 , S helf B race 7 and W heel B race 8 using C arriage B olts and K ep N uts.
10. P lace a Long S helf B race 5 betw een the previously assem bled sides and secure using (2) C arriage B olts and (2) K ep N uts each side.

11. Install another Long S helf B race 5 on the opposite side of the first. Y ou should now have tw o B races installed.
12. P lace another Long S helf B race 5 betw een the sides and secure using (2) C arriage B olts and (2) K ep N uts each side.

13. Install another Long S helf B race 5 on the opposite side of the first. Y ou should now have fo u r B races installed.
14. P lace a Long Table B race 4 betw een the sides m aking sure that the flange on the Long Table B race is facing outw ard. Y ou'll need to slip it in ju st behind the Leg face. S ecure using (2) C arriage B olts and (2) K ep N uts each side. FIG UR E 8.
15. Install another Long Table B race 4 on the opposite side of the first m a kin g sure th a t th e fla n g e on th e Long T able B race is fa cin g outw ard. Y ou should now have six B races installed.

16. Turn the R outer Table S tand upside dow n. FIG UR E 9. 17. S tart w ith the side of the R outer Table S tand that has the W heel B race 8 . P lace a N ut and a W asher onto the threaded portion of a Leveler Foot. P ush the Leveler Foot through the flanged foot in the B ottom Leg assem bly. · IF N O W H E E L K IT is to be installed, install th e (3) rem aining Leveler F eet on the
B o tto m L e g s a s s ta te d in Section II., Step 17. T h e L e v e le r F e e t s h o u ld b e e x te n d e d
as m u ch as possible w h e n no w h e e l kit is used.
· IF A W H E E L K IT is to b e in s ta lle d , re p e a t Section II., Step 17 o n th e a d ja c e n t L e g .
The Leveler Feet should be retracted as m uch as possible w hen no w heel kit is used.
III. A TTA C H IN G A R O U TE R TA BLE P hillips P an H ead S crew s are provided fo r attaching the R outer T able S tand and the
F lo a tin g T a b le B ra c e s 9 (Section IV.) to a w o o d e n ro u te r ta b le . In order to use these screws, your table must be at least 1" thick.
1. Lay your router table top face dow n on a w ork surface. S et the assem bled R outer Table S tand upside dow n on to the router table top. 2. C enter the R outer Table S tand to the router table top and use a pencil to m ark ten open s lo ts . 3. R em ove th e R outer T able S tand and drill a 5 /3 2 " p ilot hole 3 /4 " deep in th e ce n te r o f each m ark on the router table top.
N O T E : The tracks in your router table top m ust be installed before attaching the R outer Table S tand.
IV . A T T A C H IN G T H E F LO A T IN G B R A C E S The Floating Table B races 9 are designed to provide extra support to your router table top. Typically they're positioned about one inch to either side of the router opening . They do not attach directly to the R outer Table S tand. 1. P osition the Floating B races w here desired on the router table top and use a pencil to m ark 4 open slots. 2. R em ove th e F loating B races and drill a 5 /3 2 " pilot hole 3 /4 " deep in the ce n te r of each m ark on the router table top. 3. A tta ch th e F loating B races to th e ro u te r ta b le to p using th e P hillips P an H ead S crew s.
