Smart Home Integration
Amazon Alexa Setup
- Download the Amazon Alexa app from the App Store or Google Play. [App Store/Google Play Download icon]
- Follow the on-screen instructions in the app.
- Turn the device ON. [Power ON icon]
- Wait for the device to be discovered.
- Say, "Alexa, discover new devices." [Speech bubble icon]
- Confirm the device in the Alexa app.
Google Home Setup
- Download the Google Home app from the App Store or Google Play. [App Store/Google Play Download icon]
- Ensure your Google Assistant, Apple HomeKit, LEDVANCE App, and Amazon Alexa apps are set up.
- Connect the device to power.
- Turn the device ON. [Power ON icon]
- Follow the on-screen instructions in the Google Home app to add the device.
- Confirm the device in the Google Home app.
LEDVANCE SMART+ Setup
- Download the LEDVANCE SMART+ app from the App Store or Google Play. [App Store/Google Play Download icon]
- Ensure your Google Assistant, Apple HomeKit, LEDVANCE App, and Amazon Alexa apps are set up.
- Turn the device ON. [Power ON icon]
- In the LEDVANCE SMART+ app, select "+ GROUP" or "+ DEVICE".
- Follow the on-screen instructions to add or group your device.
- Scan the device if prompted. [Scan icon]
Apple HomeKit Setup (iOS only)
- Download the Apple Home app from the App Store. [App Store Download icon]
- Ensure your Google Assistant, Apple HomeKit, LEDVANCE App, and Amazon Alexa apps are set up.
- Turn the device ON. [Power ON icon]
- Follow the on-screen instructions in the Apple Home app to add the device. Scan the HomeKit code if prompted. [Scan icon]
- Confirm the device in the Apple Home app.
Troubleshooting
General Troubleshooting
If you encounter issues, ensure your smartphone is connected to the device and check the following:

Decrease Distance
If the device is unresponsive or has a weak connection, try moving it closer to your router or hub. Visual Description: A smartphone icon is shown with a distance indicator showing "? 3m" to a light bulb icon, suggesting a range issue.
Reset Device
- Turn the device ON, then OFF, then ON, then OFF, then ON again. Repeat this cycle 5 times. [Power ON icon] [Power OFF icon] [Power ON icon] [Power OFF icon] [Power ON icon]
- The device will reset. Turn it ON to confirm. [Power ON icon]
