The WAIZOWL OGM PRO V2 is a high-performance wireless gaming mouse designed for precision and comfort. It features advanced sensor technology, customizable DPI and polling rates, and multi-mode connectivity.
An ergonomic wireless gaming mouse with the following numbered buttons and ports:

Features and Functions
Power On/Off
Press and hold the DPI/POWER Button for 2 seconds.
Battery Status Indicator
- Low Battery: DPI/POWER Button flashes red.
- Charging: DPI/POWER Button flashes green.
- Charging Complete: DPI/POWER Button stays green.
Note: It is recommended to use the included cable for charging. Damage caused by overvoltage is not covered by warranty.
DPI Selection
Press the DPI/POWER Button to cycle through DPI settings. The color of the DPI/POWER Button indicates the current setting:
- 400 DPI: Red
- 800 DPI: Green
- 1600 DPI: Blue
- 3200 DPI: Purple
- 6400 DPI: Aqua
Polling Rate Adjustment
In wired or 2.4G mode, press the PR/MODE Button to cycle through polling rate settings. The color of the PR/MODE Button indicates the current setting:
- 125 Hz: Red
- 250 Hz: Green
- 500 Hz: Blue
- 1000 Hz: Purple
- 2000 Hz: Aqua
- 4000 Hz: Yellow
- 8000 Hz: White
Note: 2k and 4kHz polling rates are only available with a 4K Receiver.
Connectivity Selection
Hold the Left, Right, and Front Mouse Buttons for 3 seconds to switch connection modes. The PR/MODE Button will stop blinking when the connection is successful.
Note: The mouse can be paired with one 1K receiver and one 4K receiver. When both receivers are plugged in, the mouse automatically connects to the 4K receiver upon power-on.
Connectivity Options
Switching Modes
Hold the PR/MODE Button to switch between modes:
- 2.4G Mode: PR/MODE Button flashes green for 2 seconds.
- Bluetooth Mode: PR/MODE Button flashes blue for 2 seconds.
2.4G Wireless Connection
Power on the mouse and plug the included receiver into a USB port on your device (Device Name: OGM 8K). First-time connections may take up to 20 seconds.
Bluetooth Connection
Power on the mouse, then hold the PR/MODE Button for approximately 2 seconds. On your device, find and connect to "OGM V2 BT". First-time connections may take up to 20 seconds.
Wired Connection
Connect the included Type-C cable to the mouse's charging port and then to your device. This enables wired mode and charges the mouse simultaneously.
2.4G Wireless Re-pairing
After powering on the mouse, hold the Left, Middle, and Right Mouse Buttons simultaneously for approximately 3 seconds. The PR/MODE Button will flash green during pairing and turn solid green upon successful connection.
Bluetooth Re-pairing
Hold the Left, Middle, and Right Mouse Buttons simultaneously for approximately 3 seconds to initiate Bluetooth search. The PR/MODE Button will flash blue during pairing and turn solid blue upon successful connection.

Warranty Policy
WAIZOWL provides a warranty service for hardware products that meet the company's conditions. This service covers quality issues and does not include compensation for indirect losses.
Warranty Exclusions:
- Lack of valid warranty certificate or original purchase invoice/receipt, or if the serial number label has been altered or damaged.
- Exceeding the specified warranty period.
- Damage caused by failure to follow the instruction manual, improper use, maintenance, storage, or unauthorized repair, alteration, or disassembly.

Customer Support
If you encounter issues within 7 days of purchase and cannot resolve them using the packaging insert information, you may choose to:
- Visit the store of purchase for a refund or replacement.
- Contact official WAIZOWL Support for repair or replacement.
For issues within 15 days of purchase, visit the store of purchase for an exchange.
For issues after 15 days but within the warranty period, contact official WAIZOWL Support for repair or replacement. The process involves filling out a user information form, shipping the product to the provided address, and awaiting inspection, repair, or replacement by engineers.
