NOTE: Read these operating instructions carefully before starting to assemble your new roof box! Pay particular attention to the safety instructions!

IMPORTANT NOTE: Refer to your car manufacturer's guidelines on the maximum permissible load on the roof. You must also comply with the manufacturer's guidelines for the maximum permissible load on the roof bars. This roof box was carefully developed, manufactured, and tested according to safety regulations based on DIN 75302.

⚠ Warning
- When driving with a loaded roof, remember your vehicle's height has increased. Be particularly careful when entering tunnels, underpasses, garages, and multi-story car parks.
- After driving a short distance, check that the entire system is correctly fastened, the belts are correctly tensioned, and all screws are tightened. Conduct regular checks throughout your journey. More frequent checks may be necessary depending on road conditions.
- Over time, straps and screws may show signs of wear and must be replaced immediately if any deterioration is visible.
- Be aware that driving and braking behavior will change with the load. Reduce speed and adapt your driving style accordingly.
- Crosswinds, sudden braking, tight curves, high speeds, and driving over uneven road surfaces affect vehicle handling. Reduce speed and always observe legal speed limits. Never exceed 130 km/h.
- The manufacturer is not liable for damage caused by high-speed driving or incorrect driver behavior.
- Before setting off and regularly during your journey, ensure that all fastening elements and bolts are securely tightened and the load is safely secured.
- Ensure the load is secure and cannot slip.
- The roof box must always be securely and tightly closed before starting your journey.
- Difficult-to-see objects must not protrude beyond the profile.
- The roof box must always be assembled with the opening side facing the rear of the vehicle.
- For safety reasons, the roof box must be assembled so that loading and unloading can be done from the passenger side of the vehicle.
- To avoid increased lift, the roof box must be mounted perfectly flat in the direction of travel, without any inclination.
- For the safety of other road users and for fuel efficiency, remove the roof box when not in use.
- Remove the roof box when cleaning the vehicle.
- Do not cover the roof box with items that could become dislodged by wind.
- This system requires careful assembly and strict adherence to the assembly and operating instructions. You are responsible for your own safety and the safety of others when transporting items with the roof box.

The assembly involves attaching the roof box to the vehicle's roof rack system. Key steps include:

- Ensure the distance between roof bars is between 500 mm and 700 mm.
