This recording controller is specially designed to allow you to use your portable recorder to capture important conversations through your cordless/wireless phone's headset jack.
Note: A headphone/microphone headset is required to operate this adapter.
CAUTION: It is illegal in some areas to record a conversation without the consent of all parties involved, including the telephone company. Please check the laws in your area before using this device.
Connection
- Insert the recording controller's 2.5mm (3/32") stereo plug into the phone's headset jack.
- Insert the recording controller's 3.5mm (1/8") mono plug into the recorder's MIC IN jack.
- Plug your headset (required, not supplied) into the recording controller's 2.5mm (3/32") headset jack.
Operation
- Slide the ON/OFF switch to ON. The POWER/LOW BATT indicator light will illuminate.
- Note: When the battery power becomes weak, replace the old batteries with new ones.
- Turn on your recorder and begin recording while you are talking on the phone.
To conserve battery power, always turn the power off when you are not using the recording controller.
Requires 2 "AAA" batteries (not included).
