JOYO JF-22 Oxford Sound Guitar Effect Pedal
I. Precautions
- Do not disassemble or repair this product by yourself.
- Do not use or store the unit in hot, humid, dusty, or areas with strong vibrations.
- Do not drop this product or place it on hard surfaces, as it may malfunction.
- Do not use alcohol or other diluent cleaning fluids to wipe the product surface.
- Remove the battery if the unit is not in use for a long time.
- Do not dispose of used batteries with household waste.
II. Panel Description
The JOYO JF-22 features the following controls:
Control Layout:
- MID: Adjusts the mid frequency.
- LOW: Adjusts the low frequency.
- VOICE: Adjusts frequency response and distortion characteristics to simulate various amp tones with DRIVE.
- LEVEL: Adjusts the output level.
- DRIVE: Adjusts the gain.
- HIGH: Adjusts the high frequency.
- INPUT: 1/4" mono audio jack for connecting your guitar.
- OUTPUT: 1/4" mono audio jack for outputting the signal.
- BYPASS Footswitch: Press to engage or disengage the effect.
- LED Indicator: Shows the working status; the effect is active when the LED is lit.
III. Battery Replacement
- Gently open the battery compartment cover on the bottom of the unit.
- Insert a 9V (6F22) battery, observing correct polarity, and close the cover.
IV. Operating Instructions
- Connect your instrument to the INPUT jack. The effect pedal automatically starts when the plug is fully inserted.
- The LED indicator lights up when the effect is active. If the LED dims or goes out, replace the battery.
- When an external DC 9V power adapter is used, the battery power is automatically disconnected.
