- Keep the device and accessories dry. Do not use heating products like microwave ovens or hair dryers to dry them.
- DO NOT let the device drop, hit, or be struck heavily.
- Turn off the device before cleaning.
- DO NOT wash or clean the device with strong chemical reagents or detergents. Clean dust with a cotton swab or a soft cloth.
- DO NOT tamper, disassemble, or attempt to repair the device. Contact customer service for any repair needs.
- DO NOT use the device in areas where wireless devices are prohibited.

Getting to Know Your Smart Breathing Trainer
Smart Breathing Trainer for Maintaining and Improving Inspiratory Volume and Respiratory Fitness.

The device is a cylindrical trainer with the following labeled components:
- 1. Flow Rate LED: Indicates the rate of airflow.
- 2. Flow Volume LED: Indicates the volume of air inhaled.
- 3. Power/Bluetooth LED: Indicates power status and Bluetooth connectivity.
- 4. Charging Port: For charging the device.
- 5. Power Switch: Used to turn the device on and off.
- 6. Air Hole: An opening for air expulsion.
- 7. Air Inlet: An opening for air inhalation.

The device features a scale from 0ml-4500ml to guide breathing, with 'Good', 'Better', and 'Best' ranges indicated.
Using Your Breathing Trainer
1. Off-line Operation
- Press the power switch for 2 seconds to turn on the power LED.
- Attach the mouthpiece to the air hole of the trainer, or attach the mouthpiece to the extension tube and then attach the tube to the trainer as needed.
- Hold the trainer. Exhale normally. Then place lips tightly around the mouthpiece.
- Inhale slowly to raise the Flow Volume LED. For a Vital Capacity test, inhale slowly and try to raise the Flow Volume LED as high as possible. When inhalation is complete, remove the mouthpiece and exhale normally.
- For general breathing training, inhale slowly to maintain the Flow Rate LED in the "Best" flow range. Try to raise the Flow Volume LED to the specified volume level. When inhalation is complete, remove the mouthpiece, hold the breath as specified, and exhale normally. Reset and repeat the trainer. (Frequency of use and recommended inspiratory volumes should be set according to your own situation, under the direction of training courses, your coach, physician, or therapist.)
- To shut down the trainer, press the power switch for 2 seconds until the power LED turns off.
Note: DO NOT block the air inlet of the breathing trainer during use.
2. Online Operation (Connect to the App)
- App Installation: Search "OPUMP" in the Android Application Market, the iOS App Store, or the HUAWEI Application Market to download and install the App. Apps downloaded via other channels may be unusable. Before pairing, ensure your equipment meets these requirements: iPhone 5S and above with iOS 10.0 and above system; Android 5.0 and above with Bluetooth 4.0.
- Connect to the Breathing Trainer via Bluetooth: Open the OPUMP App and your phone's Bluetooth. Follow the instructions in the App to register/log in and connect to the trainer.
- OPUMP App: The OPUMP App provides different courses and vital capacity tests. You can set goals, take courses, and record your training.
A QR code is available for downloading the "OPUMP App".
Care & Maintenance
The unit should be cleaned after every use.
- Clean the trainer with a cotton swab.
- Rinse the mouthpiece and extension tube and shake dry.
Never immerse the trainer into water or any other liquid.
Note: Mouthpiece and Extension Tube: Single Person Use Only.
