Let's Get Started
Follow these steps to set up your Bosch Smart Home Radiator Thermostat.
Step 1: Install the Smart Home Controller
If not already installed: Download the Bosch Smart Home app and install the Bosch Smart Home controller.

Step 2: Start the Smart Home App
Start the app and select "Add device". Follow the instructions in the app.

Mounting Instructions
For certain radiator valves, adapters are required. If none of the included adapters fit, you can find a detailed list of adapters to use under Products, Radiator Thermostat on: www.bosch-smarthome.com.

Thermostat Overview
The thermostat features buttons for control and a display for status indication.

Display Symbols and Status
The display shows various indicators for the thermostat's status:

Safety Instructions
- Remove batteries if the device will not be used for an extended period.
- Never recharge the supplied batteries. Do not dispose of batteries in fire! Do not expose batteries to excessive heat. Do not short-circuit batteries. Risk of explosion!
- Do not modify the product. Any other use is considered non-conforming. Bosch disclaims all liability for resulting damages.
- Use the product indoors only with original Bosch Smart Home components and recommended partner products. Avoid dust, humidity, vibrations, constant exposure to sun or other heat/cold sources, and mechanical stress.
- Do not use pipe wrenches. To avoid damaging your radiator thermostat, screw it in by hand only.
- The device is not a toy! Do not let children play with it. Do not leave packaging material unattended. Plastic films and small parts can become dangerous toys for children.
- This device can be used by children aged 8 and up, and by persons with reduced physical, sensory, or mental capabilities or lack of experience and knowledge, if they are supervised or trained in its safe use and understand the resulting dangers.
- When controlling a device remotely or automatically, it is not always possible to guarantee that commands will be executed or that the correct device status will be displayed in the app and on other Smart Home displays (e.g., the Twist) due to external circumstances (e.g., interrupted radio connection to the Smart Home controller). This may lead to material and/or personal injury.
- Ensure no person is endangered during remote operation or automated control.
- When configuring or adapting a remote control or automated command, regularly check the desired functionalities.
