Consult the SubDrive Connect Plus™ Owner's Manual for instructions on how to update firmware via USB storage device. The firmware can also be updated by using the SubDrive Connect Plus mobile app.

Determining Current Firmware Version
The firmware version currently installed on the drive can be determined in the following ways:
- The shipping carton label
- The QR Code menu screen on the drive
- The Device section of the FE Connect mobile app
