1. Product Introduction

This product is a 2.4G wireless collar microphone designed for professional sound recording. It offers plug-and-play functionality without requiring an app. It is widely used for online streaming, video vlogs, interviews, online teaching & training, and online meetings. The system is a dual-channel microphone setup comprising two transmitters and one receiver.

2. Functions

2.1. Transmitter Functions

The transmitter unit includes the following components:

Switch between Reverb & Recording Double Press Under Recording Mode: NR stays blue, DSP/Reverb stays green. Turn off: NR stays blue, DSP/Reverb light off.
Under Reverb Mode: NR light off, DSP/Reverb stays white. Turn off: NR light off, DSP/Reverb stays blue.
Reset Hole For repairing between TX & RX Use a pin to single poke TX first, and then single poke RX reset hole for Mic 1 & double poke RX reset hole for Mic 2. Recording Mode: NR stays blue, DSP light off
Reverb Mode: NR light off, DSP stays blue
USB-C Port (Magnetic Pole) Charging for TX Connect USB cable to charge / Put into charging case to charge Only Charge stays red. TX will automatically turn off. When fully charged, Charge light off.
Charge flashes red for every 2 seconds till power off.
Other Ports 1. 3.5mm AUX: Ear monitoring

2.2. Receiver Functions

2.3. Functions of Charging Case

The charging case features a Type-C charging port and slots for charging the transmitters and receiver.

Low Battery Warning When the battery voltage is lower than 3.4V, enter the low power protection mode.

4. Guide of Use

Follow these steps to connect and use the microphone system:

4.1. Connecting Mobile Phone to Record

  1. Turn on TX and RX. They will automatically pair for the first use.
  2. Insert the mobile phone recording cable into the mobile phone.
  3. Open a recording app (e.g., Camera, TikTok) to start recording.

4.2. Connecting Mobile Phone to Stream

  1. Turn on TX and RX. They will automatically pair for the first use.
  2. Insert the mobile phone recording cable into the mobile phone.
  3. Open a streaming app (e.g., TikTok) to start streaming.

4.3. Connecting Camera to Record

  1. Turn on TX and RX. They will automatically pair for the first use.
  2. Insert the camera recording cable into the camera.
  3. Open the camera to start recording.

6. Notice

  1. Disconnect power and turn off devices before cleaning them.

  4. Avoid using it in places with flying dust or dirty environments, as dust may easily cause equipment failure.
  5. Do not place the device in an environment that is too cold or too hot, as it will cause the device to malfunction.
  6. It is recommended that the ambient temperature should not exceed -10°C to 45°C during use, and the relative humidity should be 10%-95%.
  7. Do not insert anything into the device to avoid short circuits or damage to the circuit. Do not pour any liquid on the device.
  8. Avoid collision between the device and hard objects to prevent surface scratches, detachment, or other hardware damage.
  9. The product shall not be exposed to overheated environments such as direct sunshine, fire, or similar.
