Tips Before Use

To ensure safe and efficient charging of 3 devices, use a 9V/2A or 5V/3A adapter (Qualcomm Quick Charger 2.0 or 3.0) and a fast-charging cable. Using unsuitable adapters or cables may result in failure to charge, simultaneous charging of 3 devices, or damage to the wireless charger.

Charging Tips

• Supports Apple Watch only.
• Avoid charging the station from computer USB ports or other power converters.
• Place Qi-enabled devices in the center of each designated charging area for optimal alignment.
• For best results, remove silicone cases from your Watch and Earbuds before charging.

LED Indicators

• Green light on: Charging normally.
• Blue light breathing: Standby or fully charged.
• Blue and green flashing: Error or foreign object detected.

Key Operation

Clock Calibration:

Press the 'M' button. The number will flash. Use '+' or '-' buttons to adjust the digit. Press 'M' again to move to the next digit. After adjusting all four digits, press 'M' again to confirm (indicated by a sound).

Alarm Settings:

Double-click the 'M' button. Adjust the time similarly to clock calibration. Press 'M' to confirm (indicated by a sound).

Delete Alarm:

Long press the 'M' button.

Night Light Switch:

Touch the button above the night light. Adjust brightness: 30% / 60% / 100% / Off.

24H/12H Switch:

Long press '+' for 24-hour format; long press '-' for 12-hour format.

Clock Display:

Short press '-' to turn off the clock display; short press '+' to turn it on.

Turn Off Alarm:

When the alarm sounds, short press '+' to stop. Short press '-' to stop the alarm and turn off the clock display. The alarm will automatically turn off after 1 minute of inactivity.

FAQ

1. Interrupted or Slow Charging Issues:

• Ensure the back of your phone has no metal attachments, pop sockets, or credit cards.
• Place the phone in the center of the charging surface for proper coil alignment.
• Phone cases should be no thicker than 5mm for effective charging.
• Verify the adapter is a QC 3.0 fast charger.
• Restart your cell phone and test with another Type-C charging cable.
• Check if the indicator light is on.
• Unplug and reinsert the adapter.

2. LED Light Flashing / Wireless Charger Not Charging:

• Confirm your device supports Qi wireless charging.
• Ensure a QC 3.0 adapter is being used.
• Check for metallic foreign objects or magnetic accessories in your device's case, as these can cause LED flashing and prevent charging.

3. Charging Fever:

It is normal for the charging coils and transmitter board to generate heat during wireless charging. If the charger becomes excessively hot, remove your phone and allow the charger to cool down before resuming charging.
