Proper Handling and Usage
Care and Cleaning
Use a clean, soft, and dry cloth to clean the device and its accessories. Do not use chemical detergents, powders, or other chemical agents (such as alcohol or benzene). Do not clean the device while it is charging or plugged in.
Water Resistance
Your earbuds are designed to comply with a water protection rating of IPX4 under IEC standard 60529. However, they are not waterproof. Water resistance is not a permanent condition and may decrease over time due to normal wear and tear, repair, disassembly, or damage. Dropping the earbuds may result in a loss of water resistance. Dry your device after any exposure to liquids.
Magnetic Fields
Avoid placing media containing magnets or sensitive to magnetism (e.g., credit cards, bank cards, audio/video tapes, magnetic memory devices) near your earbuds and charging case, as this could lead to data loss. Keep media sensitive to magnets at least 2 inches (5 cm) away from the device.
Safety, Warranty & Regulatory Guide
Basic Safety
WARNING: HEALTH AND SAFETY INFORMATION, READ BEFORE USE.
To avoid device damage, accessory damage, or damage to connected devices, and to reduce the risk of personal injury, discomfort, property damage, or other potential hazards, follow the precautions below and those found in the Pixel Buds Pro Safety Information at g.co/pixelbudspro/regulatory and at Settings > Connected devices > Pixel Buds Pro > Open device app (if applicable) > More Settings > Safety, Warranty & Regulatory.
- Handle your Pixel Buds Pro with care. Disassembling, dropping, bending, burning, crushing, or puncturing the earbuds or battery may cause damage. Do not use Pixel Buds Pro with a damaged enclosure. Ensure the charging case and earbuds are well-ventilated during use or charging. Using damaged earbuds, cables, or chargers, or charging with moisture or debris present, may cause overheating, fire, electric shock, injury, or damage to property.
- Do not expose your Pixel Buds Pro to liquids, as this can cause short circuits and overheating. If the earbuds get wet, do not attempt to dry them using an external heat source. Do not charge Pixel Buds Pro when wet or in direct sunlight.
- Pixel Buds Pro is designed for dry, indoor environments. Optimal performance is achieved in ambient temperatures between 32° and 95° F (0° and 35° C). Store between -4° and 113° F (-20° and 45° C). Do not expose to temperatures above 113° F (45° C) to prevent damage, overheating, or fire risk.
- Pixel Buds Pro must be used with a certified AC adapter with Limited Power Source (LPS) output per IEC 60950-1 and/or PS1 classified output per IEC 62368-1, rated: 5 Volts DC, maximum 3 Amp; 9 Volts DC, maximum 2 Amp; or both. Only charge with compatible accessories from the Google Store or authorized resellers (look for Google's "made for" badge). Using incompatible accessories can cause fire, electric shock, injury, or damage.
- Your Pixel Buds Pro can be charged with a Qi-compliant or Google-approved wireless charger. Do not place metallic or magnetic objects between the wireless charger and the earbuds, as this could cause heating of the object or interfere with charging.
- Strangulation hazard: This device is not a toy. Keep cords out of reach of children (more than 3 feet / 0.9 meters away).
- Prolonged exposure to loud sounds can cause hearing loss. To prevent hearing damage, avoid listening at high volumes for extended periods. Continued exposure to high volumes and background noise can distort sound perception. Check the volume before use.
Battery
This device contains a lithium-ion battery, a sensitive component that can cause injury if damaged. Do not attempt to remove the battery. Contact Google or an authorized service provider for replacement. For information, visit g.co/pixelbudspro/help. Replacement by unqualified professionals can damage the product. Use of a non-qualified battery and improper disposal may present risks of fire, explosion, leakage, or other hazards. Do not open, crush, heat above 113°F (45°C), or incinerate the battery.
Disposal & Recycling
Dispose of and transport your device, batteries, and accessories according to local environmental and transportation regulations. Do not dispose of them in normal household waste. For more information on recycling, visit g.co/HWRecyclingProgram.

Google Consumer Hardware Limited Warranty - USA and Canada
If there are differences between the Limited Warranty included in the box and the online Limited Warranty available at g.co/devicewarranty, the online version supersedes the in-the-box terms.
This Limited Warranty applies if you are a consumer and purchased your Google-branded product ("Google Product") in the United States or Canada.
What does this warranty cover and how long does it last?
Google warrants that a new Google Product (including ancillary parts) will be free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal use, in accordance with Google's published user documentation, for one year from the date of original retail purchase. For refurbished products, Google warrants them for ninety days from the original date of retail purchase.
What will Google do? (Your Exclusive Remedy)
If a defect covered by this Limited Warranty arises, Google will, at its sole discretion and to the extent permitted by law, repair your Google Product using new or refurbished parts, replace it with a new or refurbished product functionally equivalent to yours, or accept its return in exchange for a refund of the purchase price. Repaired or replaced products will continue to be warranted for the remaining time of the original warranty period. Repair or replacement may result in loss of data.
Disclaimers
THE LIMITED WARRANTY WRITTEN ABOVE IS THE ONLY EXPRESS WARRANTY GOOGLE PROVIDES. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, GOOGLE DISCLAIMS ALL OTHER WARRANTIES AND CONDITIONS, WHETHER STATUTORY OR IMPLIED, EXCEPT THAT ANY IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT ARE LIMITED IN DURATION TO THE PERIOD OF THE EXPRESS WARRANTY (ONE YEAR OR NINETY DAYS).
What does this warranty not cover?
This Limited Warranty is valid only where the Google Product is sold and applies only if purchased from Google or its authorized resellers. It covers hardware components only, not software elements. It does not apply to consumable parts (like batteries) that diminish over time, unless failure is due to a defect in materials or workmanship. It does not cover cosmetic damage unless failure is due to a defect. This Limited Warranty does not apply to damage caused by: normal wear and tear; accidents; misuse (including failure to follow product documentation); neglect; disassembly; alterations; servicing by non-authorized technicians; or external causes such as liquid damage, exposure to sharp objects, excessive force, electrical anomalies, or extreme thermal/environmental conditions. Liquid damage voids this warranty. Use of the Google Product is not guaranteed to be uninterrupted or error-free.
Limitation of Liability
GOOGLE AND ITS AFFILIATES SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR EXEMPLARY DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF DATA, INCURRED IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR GOOGLE PRODUCT OR THESE TERMS. GOOGLE'S TOTAL LIABILITY WILL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU ACTUALLY PAID AT RETAIL FOR YOUR GOOGLE PRODUCT.
Arbitration (US ONLY)
NOTICE OF ARBITRATION
In accordance with the Google Arbitration Agreement, disputes relating to your Google device will be resolved through BINDING ARBITRATION on an individual, non-class basis, unless you have opted out or another exception applies.
