WARNING: Vehicle modified for Off-road use may handle differently and vehicle may roll-over. Vehicles modified for off-road are generally not designed to improve cornering or maneuverability on the highway, therefore it is imperative to familiarize yourself and all operators of the vehicle of the special driving characteristics of the vehicle. Always remain on trails and observe conservation techniques while operating your vehicle. 1 2019+ TOYOTA RAV4 REAR CARGO RACK Bill of Materials 2 MOUNTING BRACKETS ( LH / RH ) 1 CARGO RACK 4 ¼-20 Rubber Well Nuts 6 ¼-20 X ½ STAINLESS BUTTON HEAD CAP SCREWS. 4 ¼-20 X 1-1/8 STAINLESS BUTTON HEAD CAP SCREWS. INSTALLATION NOTES: · Inspect the contents of the kit and read the entire instructions before proceeding. · We recommend this installation be performed by a qualified technician · Torque all hardware to factory specifications · We recommend using red Loctite on all bolts 1. Assemble the Cargo Rack. Bolt on the side mounting brackets using the ¼-20 x ½" Button Head screws. Cargo rack sits on top of the mounting brackets. 2 2. Test fit and align the cargo rack into the vehicle, Adjust as necessary. 3. Center punch or mark the mounting holes with a marker (4 holes) 3 4. Remove the Cargo rack. Drill small pilot hole first then use a ½" drill bit. 5. Install the ¼" Rubber Well Nuts. 4 6. Reinstall the Cargo Rack and use the ¼-20 x 1-1/8" Button Head Screw to attach the cargo rack. 5
