- Q2: Why doesn't my Win key work?
- A2: Check if the Win key is lit white. If it is, press Fn+Win to unlock it. If the problem persists, ensure the OS switch is set to 'Win' mode, not 'Mac'. Also, check if the switch pins are bent; if so, replace the switch.
- Q3: Why are my keyboard keys not working or showing garbled characters?

- A4: The connection channel indicator light cannot be turned off.
- Q5: Why can't the software detect my keyboard?
- A5: Download and install the software from the YUNZII official website and connect the device in wired mode. If the software still cannot detect the device in wired mode, check if the OS switch is set to 'MacOS'; if so, switch it back to 'Win'.
- Q6: Why can't I connect in wired mode?
- A6: Ensure the keyboard mode switch is set to wired mode. Check if the connection cable works normally on other devices, or try connecting the keyboard and device with the original cable or other cables.
