Failure to do so can result in serious injury. Assembly precautions 1. Assemble only according to these instructions. Improper assembly can create hazards. 2. Wear ANSI-approved safety goggles and heavy-duty work gloves during assembly. 3. Keep the assembly area clean and well-lit. 4. Keep bystanders out of the area during assembly. 5. Do not assemble if tired or when under the influence of alcohol, drugs or medication. 6. The product capabilities apply to properly and completely assembled products only. 7. Assemble on a flat, level, hard and smooth surface capable of safely supporting the Chain Link Fence Gates 8. For additional information regarding the parts listed in the following pages, please refer to the Assembly Diagram of this manual. Unwrap and separate all parts in a clean work area. SAVE THIS MANUAL 2 PARTS LIST 1 elbow pipe x2pcs 2 horizontal pipe x2pcs 3 tension rod x2pcs 4 wire mesh x1pcs 5 Fastener x6pcs 6 binding wire x1pcs 7 Hinge x2pcs 8 Lock x1pcs 9 self-tapping screw x4pcs 3 Step-1 ASSEMBLY STEP The length of the horizontal pipe (2) can be freely cut and adjusted according to the width of the door to adapt to the door. 4 Step-2 Assemble the elbow pipe / horizontal pipe as shown and fix the self-tapping screws at the interface. 5 Step-3 Adjust the size of the wire mesh, install the tension rod, and fasten the buckle on the tension rod and the elbow pipe. As shown in the figure, freely adjust the size of the wire mesh according to the size of the frame, and rotate the wire mesh to take it out. 6 Step-4 As shown in the figure, install the tension rod and the buckle, and fix the wire mesh with the binding wire. 7 Step-5 Fix the hinge well and the door lock well. / Fix the hinge and the door lock firmly.
