TCL Television Purchase and Repair Service Terms
1. General Provisions
This regulation is intended to define the purchase terms. For the avoidance of doubt, participation in repair services is subject to this regulation only and in accordance with its terms as detailed below.
2. Nature of Purchase Terms
Any customer purchasing a television from the models detailed in Section 0 of this regulation from authorized stores starting from 01.04.2025 will be entitled to a two-year repair service contract with Electronics Pro Ltd. (hereinafter: "Electronics") at no additional cost. This is effective from the end of the first year of warranty provided by law.
3. Definitions
3.1. "The Company": Computer C Data Ltd., Company Registration No. 513331181, located at Ha'Sivim St. 43, Petah Tikva.
3.2. "The Product": A TCL television screen from the models detailed in Section 0 of this regulation, imported by the Company.
3.3. "The Customer": Any person who purchases the Product from the date specified in Section 2 above and from authorized stores, provided that the customer is not a corporation, business customer, or institutional customer.
3.4. "Authorized Stores": "Dealers" and/or "Authorized Distributors" and/or "Authorized Dealers" – as listed on the Company's website at: https://c-data.co.il
3.5. "Purchase Terms": The right to enter into a two-year repair service contract with Electronics (beyond the first year of warranty provided by law) (hereinafter: "Repair Service Period"), in accordance with the provisions and terms of this regulation. These purchase terms are redeemable subject to proof of purchase starting from the date specified in Section 2 above, i.e., presentation of a receipt and/or purchase invoice and/or delivery note and/or order from an authorized store. "Redemption" means presenting proof of purchase as stated when requesting service.
4. Repair Service Terms
4.1. Repair services (as defined below) will be provided by Electronics.
4.2. The purchase terms detailed in this regulation apply to new products and will not apply to any products from displays, surplus, or second-grade items.
4.3. Repair services will be in accordance with the repair service terms of Electronics and will include the services and limitations detailed in Section 4 below (hereinafter: "Repair Services").
4.4. Repair services will be provided solely by Electronics and at its sole responsibility. It is clarified that the Company is not a party to the agreement between Electronics and the customer for the provision of repair services.
4.5. Repair services provided under the entitlement will be in accordance with the following terms:
4.5.1. The customer's participation in the cost of each technician visit to the customer's residence will be NIS 249, which will be paid to Electronics upon opening a service request for the product. This payment will be valid for all visits, as required, for a period of 3 months from the opening of the service call.
4.5.2. Repair services for the product whose details are registered on the repair service certificate from Electronics are for a period of two years from the end of the first year of warranty provided by law for the product, as stipulated in Section 2 above.
4.5.3. Repair services are for the repair of the product whose details are registered on the repair service certificate from Electronics and include the replacement of parts necessary for its repair. Electronics may, at its discretion, replace the product with an identical or similar product, whether new or refurbished or from surplus, instead of repairing it or replacing parts as stated, all subject to Section 4.5.6 of this regulation.
4.5.4. The repair will be carried out by Electronics at the customer's residence or at Electronics' service laboratory, at Electronics' discretion. In the event that the product needs to be collected for repair at Electronics' service laboratory, the transportation costs to and from the laboratory will be borne by Electronics, except for crane costs if required, all subject to Section 4.5.6 of this regulation.
4.5.5. In case of a product malfunction whose details are registered on the repair service certificate from Electronics, the customer must notify Electronics' call center at 08-6224363. Electronics will coordinate a service visit with the customer within fourteen days. For the purpose of this section, Fridays, Saturdays, eve of holidays, holidays, and rest days will not be counted in the days. The waiting time for a technician visit to the customer's residence will not exceed two hours from the scheduled time, and in any case of delay, Electronics will notify the customer and coordinate a new visit time, in accordance with Regulation 10 of the Consumer Protection Regulations (Warranty and After-Sales Service), 5766-2006. Consequently, a delay in the technician's visit exceeding twice consecutively will not be permitted. Any coordination of a technician visit time will be made in accordance with Section 18 of the Consumer Protection Law, 5741-1981.
4.5.6. Repair services do not include the repair or replacement of parts in the following cases:
- a. Repair or replacement of plastic, glass, sheet metal, and rubber parts.
- b. Any breakage or tear in the product's parts.
- c. Rust, fading of paint, change or loss of shade/color, burning.
- d. Malfunction caused by use contrary to the manufacturer's instructions or by force majeure.
- e. Malfunctions in accessories (TV remote, optical cable, connection boxes, OC filters, grilles, telescopic and hydraulic rails, baskets).
- f. Malfunction caused by damage from rodents and/or the presence of insects/reptiles of any kind in the product.
- g. Malfunction caused by power grid disturbances or malfunctions, or a faulty socket, or improper connection of the product to the power grid.
- h. The product was repaired or modified by a person not authorized by Electronics.
- i. Malfunction caused by moving the product from the owner's residence to another location.
- j. Malfunction caused by intent or negligence not by Electronics or its representative.
- k. In cases where the product is installed in a manner that is not accessible or safe for a technician from Electronics to perform the repair.
- l. In cases where the Company determines that the product must be transported to the Company's laboratories for repair and returned to the customer's home, and it is found, at the discretion of the Company or its representative, that a crane is required, the crane costs will be borne by the customer.
- m. The product was used for business or commercial purposes, office use, or is not for domestic use.
- n. In cases where the spare part is not available for order by Electronics through the authorized importer or a parts supplier in Israel.
In the cases listed above, Electronics may, at its discretion, choose whether to offer the customer a repair quote or to cancel the repair service.
4.3.8
If the product owner informs Electronics of a change of residence, Electronics will inform them as soon as possible, and no later than 10 business days, about the continuation of service or cancellation of repair services if Electronics does not provide service in their new area of residence.
5. Eligibility for Repair Services
Eligibility for repair services according to this regulation is conditional upon the fulfillment of the terms detailed below, cumulatively:
5.1. Purchase of the product from the date specified in Section 2 above.
5.2. It is clarified that the purchase of repair services according to this regulation is conditional upon the customer presenting proof of purchase for the product as detailed in Section 3 above.

5.4. Repair services are provided to individuals who are not dealers, corporations, or institutional customers.
5.5. Repair services are provided to individuals who purchased the television screen from the models listed in Section 5 from an authorized dealer of the Company.
5.6. A customer who has replaced, changed, or canceled the product purchase will not be entitled to receive repair services according to the terms of this regulation.
5.7. Products purchased under the aforementioned purchase terms may be returned, and the payment made for them refunded, in accordance with and subject to the provisions of the Consumer Protection Regulations (Cancellation of Transaction), 5770-2010, provided that all the following conditions are met:
- 5.7.1. The product was returned complete, with all its parts intact and functional, and no use was made of it. Returning the product in its original packaging will serve as evidence of non-use.
- 5.7.2. The product purchased under this regulation was returned complete and without any use.
- 5.7.3. The return was made only through the distribution channel through which the product was purchased.
- 5.7.4. Nothing in this section shall detract from the provisions of the Consumer Protection Law, 5741-1981, and its regulations, including special provisions applicable to the cancellation of a product purchase made via "distance selling".

7. Interpretation
7.1. This regulation is written in the masculine gender but is intended for men and women equally.
7.2. In any case of misunderstanding and/or any discrepancy between the provisions of this regulation and any other publications regarding purchase terms or otherwise, the provisions of this regulation shall prevail in all respects.
8. Miscellaneous
8.1. Repair services cannot be exchanged or changed into a delivery service in any manner or form. There is no possibility of credit or refund for receiving repair services.
8.2. The terms of repair services will be valid only if all the cumulative conditions specified in this regulation are met.
8.3. The Company is not responsible for the availability of any product in stock or in any specific store. The responsibility for stock lies solely with the points of sale.
8.4. The "Company" is not responsible for the final price paid by the customer for the "Product".
8.5. The Company reserves the right to cancel or amend the terms of repair services and/or purchase terms, to reduce or expand the list of participating models, or to take any other action it deems appropriate at any time. However, this shall not prejudice a customer who purchased a product in accordance with this regulation before such amendment.
8.6. It is clarified that product prices are determined by the authorized stores and are not part of the purchase terms and/or this regulation.
8.7. It is clarified and agreed that the courts in Tel Aviv shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any matter of dispute between the parties and/or any matter related to this regulation.
