Riding Operation

Preparation

  1. Choose a flat place without obstacles.
  2. Unfold the scooter as described in the previous sections.
  3. Adjust the height of the T-tube.

First Start (ask others for help)

  1. Press the POWER button ? to turn on the scooter.
  2. For rider safety, ask someone for help. Place one foot on the board and the other on the floor. Then, slowly pull the accelerator.
  3. As the scooter starts moving, place both feet on the board and increase speed by pulling the accelerator.

Braking

Pull the brake lever slowly. This cuts power to the motor and slows the scooter down. Place one foot on the floor. Do NOT brake suddenly, as this may cause serious injury.

Note: Do NOT use while raining. If used in rain, keep speed below 10 km/h without sudden braking to avoid injury. Riding involves risks; the responsibility for safe driving lies with you. It is crucial to know and follow local rules and regulations to avoid injury and damage.

Charging the Battery

Each scooter is equipped with a dedicated battery and charger. Do NOT use different brands of chargers or batteries.

Battery

The battery can be charged anytime. Turn off the battery before charging. Recharge the battery at least once every month. If the battery is not charging due to long disuse, contact service.

Charger

The charger has overcharge protection and will turn off when the battery reaches 100%.

Charging Instructions

  1. Insert the charger into the AC adaptor port on the scooter.
  2. Insert the charger into the power socket.
  3. After connection, the indicator will show red, meaning charging is in progress. When the indicator turns green, charging is finished.

Turn Off the Speed Limit

When the speed limit is switched off, the maximum speed increases from 25 km/h to approximately 35 km/h.

Always follow local regulations and laws. Switching off the limiter is at your own risk.

To turn off the speed limit:

  1. Unscrew the cover located behind the front wheel (requires 4 screws).
  2. You will see 2 connected wires (speed limit is on).
  3. Disconnecting the wires will turn the speed limit off.

  3. Use a 3 mm Allen key to remove both rear plastic covers.
  4. From the right side, gently disconnect all motor connectors attached to wires.
  5. Use a 19 mm key to disassemble motor nuts and motors.

Terms and Conditions of Warranty, Warranty Claims

General Conditions of Warranty and Definition of Terms

All Warranty Conditions stated herein define Warranty Coverage and Warranty Claim Procedure. Conditions of Warranty and Warranty Claims are governed by Act No. 89/2012 Coll. Civil Code, and Act No. 634/1992 Coll., Consumer Protection, as amended, including cases not specified by these Warranty rules.

The seller is SEVEN SPORT s.r.o., with its registered office at Borivojova Street 35/878, Prague 13000, Company Registration Number: 26847264, registered in the Trade Register at Regional Court in Prague, Section C, Insert No. 116888.

Legal regulations determine whether the Buyer is the End Customer or not.

  • "The Buyer who is the End Customer” or “End Customer” is a legal entity that does not conclude and execute the Contract to run or promote their own trade or business activities.
  • "The Buyer who is not the End Customer” is a Businessman who buys Goods or uses services for the purpose of using them for their own business activities. This Buyer conforms to the General Purchase Agreement and business conditions.

These Conditions of Warranty and Warranty Claims are an integral part of every Purchase Agreement made between the Seller and the Buyer. All Warranty Conditions are valid and binding unless otherwise specified in the Purchase Agreement, an Amendment to this Contract, or another written agreement.

Warranty Conditions

Warranty Period

The Seller provides the Buyer a 24-month Warranty for Goods Quality, unless otherwise specified in the Certificate of Warranty, Invoice, Bill of Delivery, or other related documents. The legal warranty period provided to the Consumer is not affected.

The Warranty for Goods Quality guarantees that the delivered Goods shall be suitable for regular or contracted use for a certain period and shall maintain its regular or contracted features.

The Warranty does not cover defects resulting from (if applicable):

  • User's fault, e.g., product damage caused by unqualified repair work, improper assembly, insufficient insertion of seat post into frame, insufficient tightening of pedals and cranks.
  • Improper maintenance.
  • Mechanical damages.
  • Regular use (e.g., wear and tear of rubber and plastic parts, moving mechanisms, joints, etc.).
  • Unavoidable events, natural disasters.
  • Adjustments made by unqualified persons.
  • Improper maintenance, improper placement, damages caused by low or high temperature, water, inappropriate pressure, shocks, intentional changes in design or construction, etc.

Warranty Claim Procedure

The Buyer is obliged to check the Goods delivered by the Seller immediately after taking responsibility for the Goods and its damages, i.e., immediately after delivery. The Buyer must check the Goods to discover all defects that can be discovered by such a check.

When making a Warranty Claim, the Buyer is obliged, upon request of the Seller, to prove the purchase and validity of the claim by the Invoice or Bill of Delivery that includes the product's serial number, or by documents without the serial number. If the Buyer does not prove the validity of the Warranty Claim by these documents, the Seller has the right to reject the Warranty Claim.

If the Buyer reports a defect not covered by the Warranty (e.g., if Warranty Conditions were not fulfilled or if the defect was reported by mistake), the Seller is eligible to require compensation for all costs arising from the repair. The costs shall be calculated according to the valid price list of services and transport costs.

If the Seller finds out (by testing) that the product is not damaged, the Warranty Claim will not be accepted. The Seller reserves the right to claim compensation for costs arising from a false Warranty Claim.

In case the Buyer makes a claim about Goods legally covered by the Warranty provided by the Seller, the Seller shall fix the reported defects by repair or by exchanging the damaged part or product for a new one. Based on the Buyer's agreement, the Seller has the right to exchange the defective Goods for fully compatible Goods of the same or better technical characteristics. The Seller is entitled to choose the form of the Warranty Claim Procedures described in this paragraph.

The Seller shall settle the Warranty Claim within 30 days after the delivery of the defective Goods, unless a longer period has been agreed upon. The day when the repaired or exchanged Goods is handed over to the Buyer is considered the day of the Warranty Claim settlement. If the Seller cannot settle the Warranty Claim within the agreed period due to the specific nature of the Goods defect, they and the Buyer shall agree on an alternative solution. If no such agreement is made, the Seller is obliged to provide the Buyer with financial compensation in the form of a refund.
