Make sure the desktop is not touching any walls. Make sure all cords are appropriate length to accommodate the change in height. Keep children away from electric height-adjustable desks, control units and handsets. There is a risk of injury and electric shock. Keep all electrical components away from liquids. WARNING Pinch Point Keep hands and fingers clear. Do not sit or stand on the desk frame. Do not crawl or lie under the desk frame. Do not place any objects taller than 20" underneath the desk. Do not open any of the components - the Legs, Control Box, or Switch. There is a danger of electric shock. This product is designed with a duty cycle of 10% (2 min. on, 18 min. off). In the event of a power outage or if the power cord is unplugged, a manual reset may be necessary - see USE section. The desk height is adjustable so that it can be positioned at the most ergonomically suitable height. Any other use is at user's risk. Please do not lift up the assembled desktop to avoid wood pins fracture. Insert the spline "a" on the driving rod into connector of the hexagon bar spline "b" on the motor side and lock it tight. ab 1.Loosen the knob on the driving rod, draw out the hexagon bar, adjust the angle and then insert it into the lifting column(without motor). STEP 5: Install the Side Bracket Hardware List M6 16 Hexagon Screw 3 ×4 M4 Allen Wrench 6 ×1 P6 STEP 6: Adjust the Frame and the Length of the Drive Rod Alter the frame and the length of the drive rod according to the holes on the desktop. STEP 7: Assemble the Frame and the Desktop Hardware List M6*14 Hexagon Screw 4 ×10 M4 Allen Wrench 6 ×1 P7 Hardware List M6*14 Hexagon Screw 4 ×4 M4 Allen Wrench 6 ×1 1. Secure M6*14 screws on the frame with M4 Allen Wrench, lock the frame tight. 2. Make sure the Driving Rod is inserted into the column(without motor) completely. 3. Screw up the knob on the Driving Rod. STEP 8: Install the Power Adapter Hardware List ST5*0.8*16 Tapping Screw 5 ×2 Screwdriver 9 (Pay attention to the direction of the power adapter.) P8 STEP 9: Install the Handset STEP 10: Connect Wires Hardware List ST5*0.8*16 Tapping Screw 5 ×2 Screwdriver 9 Connect the power cable, wires on the handset and the motor to corresponding ports, which can be fixed under the desktop with cable clips. P9 Install the Accessories Install the hook Congratulations! The assembly is completed. The next part is to install the accessories, which can be done according to your preference. Rotate counterclockwise to remove the caster. 2.To lock and unlock the caster by switching the brake on it. Install the Felt Side Storage Bag Hardware List M6*14 Hexagon Screw 4 ×2 M6 Nuts 10 ×2 M4 Allen Wrench 6 ×1 Install the Memory Board 1.Use the M5 Allen wrench to fasten the memory board clips to the memory board as shown. Hardware List M5 Allen Wrench 7 ×1 3.As shown in the figure, stick the screen to a suitable position on the desktop. double sided tape If you don't want to pin it to the desktop, ignore this step. 2.Glue two double sided tapes to the bottoms of the memory board clips. Note: The double sided tape can only be used once. Tips Use the attached drawing pins and binder clips to record your work on the memory board. P12 Hand Controller Instruction UP Digital Display .FNPSZ4FUUJOH DOWN CAUTION .FNPSZIFJHIUT Please RESET the desk at first time. Please ensure that no objects (walls) will interrupt the movement of the desk, and all cables of relevant devices are sufficiently long. Long Press RESET: Long press the down key until the desktop reaches the lowest position; long press the down key again, when it shows"RST "on the digital display, the desk is in initialization mode. Release the down key when the buzzer rings, the initialization succeeds. PS. If the system is abnormal or the digital display shows"RST ", the desk needs to be initialized as written above. The following steps can be set according to personal preference. Memory Height S- Press Press the"m" key until it displays " S - "; press one of the memory keys(number keys) and the current height will be recorded. Switch between Centimeter and Inch S-1 Long press the"m" key for 5 seconds until it displays "S-1"and "1"flashes. Press the"m"key again to set: 0 = cm 1 = inches Long Press 5s Exit to operation interface by pressing the"m"key after setting. P13 The following steps can be set according to personal preference. Anti-collision Sensitivity 1"S-3"anti-collision sensitivity while going up Long press the"m"key for 5 seconds until it displays "S-1"and "1"flashes. Press the"up"key to switch to"S-3"; press the"m"key to set up sensitivity : S-3 0= Closed 1=Minimum Sensitivity ...... 8=Maximum Sensitivity Long Press 5s Exit to operation interface by pressing the"m"key after setting. 2"S-4"anti-collision sensitivity while going down Long press the"m"key for 5 seconds until it displays "S-1". Press S-4 the"up"key to switch to"S-4"; press the"m"key to set up sensitivity : 0= Closed 1=Minimum Sensitivity Long Press 5s ...... 8= Maximum Sensitivity Exit to operation interface by pressing the"m"key after setting. Switch between Jog and Continuation at Memory Height S-6 Long press the"m"key for 5 seconds until it displays "S-1"and "1"flashes. Press the"up"key to switch to"S-6"; press the"m"key to set: 0=Jog (Long press a memory key 1/2/3/4, and it will stop after release) Long Press 5s 1=Continuation (Press a memory key 1/2/3/4, and it will goes to default height automatically) Exit to operation interface by pressing the"m"key after setting. loc LockDisplay "LOC" Press both keys for 5s 888 Unlock"LOC" Display Press both keys for 5s Lock & Unlock Lock: Press both the "m" and "up" keys for 5 seconds, when it displays"LOC", the system is locked and the desk can't go up or down. Unlock: Press both the"m" and "down" keys for 5 seconds, when it displays a number, the system is unlocked. Press both keys for 10s Factory Initialization If a new desk frame is replaced or to initialization default data; press both the"up" and "down" keys for 10 seconds, the system is initialization to default data after the buzzer rings once again, and it will display"RST" the system is restored to its original settings. P14 The following steps can be set according to personal preference. 1 10 Press both keys for 5s Max. Height Limit96cm-120cm) Adjust the desk to the target Max. height limit; press both the"up" and "down" keys for 5 seconds; the height limit is restored after the buzzer rings. Height Limit (72cm-96cm) Adjust the desk to the target Min. height limit; press both the"up" and "down" keys for 5 seconds; the height limit is restored after the buzzer rings. Cancel the Height Limit RESET: the desk and the height limits will be auto-canceled. The height difference is over 1 cm between lead screws. Something is wrong with the controller in connecting or working. The desk is blocked and stopped. Failed in powering up and the voltage is under 20V. It is protected while the main power supply is working, the voltage is under 20V. The desktop is tilting. The temperature of the power supply is too high, or it continues working for over 2 minutes in 18 minutes. The motor is not connected. Something is wrong with the sample channel of the motor. The wire inside the motor fails in connecting. Something is wrong with the motor Hall, or it is disconnected. Short circuit inside the motor. Locked-rotor motor. The motor is rotating in the wrong direction. The motor overloads. Control box is offline in series connection. Wrong signal in series connection. Something is wrong with the memory unit. Something is wrong with the anti-collision sensor. Solution Check the main power supply. Initialization. Check the wire of the controller. Release the key and run it again. Replace the main power supply or check the wire of it. Power on again. Initialization. Wait for the power supply to cold down or wait for over 18 minutes before working again. Check the connecting wire. Replace the control board. Check the connection of the motor Line. Check the Hall signal or replace the connecting wire. Replace the motor. Initialization.
