Product Overview

Button Operation

Operations:

• Power ON: Press and hold the MFB for 3 seconds on each earbud, or directly take out the earbuds from the charging case. A voice prompt "Power On" will be heard.
• Power OFF: Press and hold the MFB for 5 seconds on either earbud, followed by a red light flashing 3 times, or directly place both earbuds into the charging case. A voice prompt "Power OFF" will be heard before powering down.
• Next Song: Double-click the MFB on either earbud.
• Previous Song: Triple-click the MFB on either earbud.
• Play/Pause Music: Single-click the MFB on either earbud.
• Call Receive/Hangup: Single-click the MFB on either earbud.
• Reject Call: Press and hold the MFB on either earbud for 2 seconds.
• Google Assistance/Siri: Long press the MFB for 3 seconds on either earbud.

Bluetooth Connection

Pairing:

• Turn on both earbuds. Both earbuds will flash blue and red lights alternatively.
• Wait for the earbuds to match each other. Once matched, only one earbud will flash blue and red lights alternatively.
• After the L & R earbuds are turned on, a voice prompt "pairing" will be heard, followed by a beep sound, indicating the earbuds are ready to pair.
• Turn on the Bluetooth of your phone or device.
• Search for "pTron TWS" in your available Bluetooth device list and click to connect.
• After successful connection, a voice prompt "pTron TWS is Connected" will be heard.

Re-connection:

After being turned on, earbuds will automatically reconnect to the last paired device. If there is no prior connection history, or if reconnection fails, earbuds will enter standby mode and wait for connection.

Connection Lost:

When your phone turns off Bluetooth or is out of wireless range, earbuds will enter standby mode. If connection is not restored within 5 minutes, earbuds will turn off automatically.

Auto-power Off:

Earbuds will automatically shut down if there is no connection for 5 minutes or if the battery is discharged. When the battery level drops to approximately 10%, a prompt "Please Charge" will be heard, and the red light will flash every 5 seconds.

Note: Keep the earbuds in the charging case when you hear the "Please Charge" voice prompt.

Charging

• To charge the earbuds, place them into their respective locations in the charging case. During charging, the earbuds will display a steady red light.
• After fully charging, the earbud lights will turn blue and then turn off after a few seconds.
• To charge the charging case, plug a micro USB cable into the micro USB port of the charging case. Any DC5V/1A adaptor can be used for charging the case.

Troubleshooting

• Bluetooth Not Searching: Ensure earbuds are within 1 meter of the device and flashing blue & red lights alternatively. If only blue light flashes at intervals, they are connected to another device; un-pair from the old device first.
• Auto-disconnection: Ensure earbuds are fully charged (100%). Restart your phone and earbuds. Alternatively, reset your phone's Bluetooth settings.
• Device Connected but No Music/Calls: Check Bluetooth connection settings to ensure Call & Music functions are activated.
• Single Earbud Plays: Un-pair "pTron TWS" from your device and turn off Bluetooth. Take both earbuds out of the charging case and wait for them to match. Turn on device Bluetooth and add "pTron TWS" as a new connection.
• Google Assistance/Siri Not Working: Restart your phone or device, or check Google Assistant settings in your phone to ensure it is activated.
• Mono Use: Take out any one earbud from the charging case and search for "pTron TWS" on your phone or Bluetooth device.
