Download the Software
Follow these steps to download and start Mario Kart Live: Home Circuit:
Step 1: Start Nintendo eShop
On your Nintendo Switch console, navigate to and select the Nintendo eShop icon.
Step 2: Search for "MKLIVE"
Once in the Nintendo eShop, go to the "Search" screen and enter "MKLIVE".
Step 3: Download Mario Kart Live: Home Circuit
Select "Mario Kart Live: Home Circuit" from the search results and choose the "Free Download" option.
After Downloading
Once the download is complete, start the software from your console's HOME Menu.
Required Free Space: At least 1.1 GB. Ensure you have sufficient space on your system memory or microSD card. Additional storage may be needed for installation or software updates.
Important: To download and use online services, you must create a Nintendo Account and accept the related agreement. The Nintendo Account Privacy Policy applies. Some online services may not be available in all countries. Downloading the software may take some time.

Health and Safety Information
Please read and observe the following health and safety information carefully. Failure to do so could result in injury or damage. Adults should supervise children when using this product. Recommended for ages 6 and up.
WARNINGS
- Choking hazard: This product contains small parts that could be swallowed by a child or pet. Keep the product and its packaging out of their reach. Dispose of any unwanted packaging after removing the product. If a child or pet swallows the product, a part of it, or its packaging, consult a doctor/veterinarian immediately.
- Strangulation hazard: The USB charging cable can coil around the neck.
Electrical Safety
- Use only the included USB charging cable (HAC-010) or the Nintendo Switch AC adapter (HAC-002 series) provided with or compatible with the Nintendo Switch console to charge this product.
- When using the USB charging cable with a standard household socket, use only a compatible AC adapter, such as the Nintendo USB AC adapter (CLV-003 series) or another USB-compatible adapter approved for use in your country.
- This product is only to be connected to Class II devices bearing the following symbol: [Class II symbol].
- Do not expose this product or its battery to microwaves, high temperatures, direct sunlight, or extremely cold temperatures.
- Do not let the product come into contact with liquid, and do not use it with wet or oily hands. If liquid gets inside, stop using it and contact Nintendo Customer Support.
- Do not expose the product to excessive force. Do not pull or twist the USB charging cable too tightly.
- Do not touch device connectors with fingers or metal objects.
- Do not touch the AC adapter or connected devices during charging if there is a thunderstorm.
- If you hear strange noises, see smoke, or smell something unusual, stop using the product and contact Nintendo Customer Support.
- Do not disassemble or attempt to repair the product. If damaged, stop using it and contact Nintendo Customer Support. Do not touch damaged areas or leaking fluid.
Battery Safety
- Use only the dedicated battery (HAC-038) for this product. Using an incorrect battery may cause an explosion.
- If the battery leaks, stop using the product. If battery fluid contacts your eyes, rinse immediately with plenty of water and consult a doctor. If it contacts your hands, wash them thoroughly with water and carefully wipe the exterior of the device with a cloth.
- Do not expose the battery to heat or dispose of it in fire.
General Warnings
- For indoor use only. Not for use in public places.
- Maintain a distance of at least 15 cm from a cardiac pacemaker when using wireless communication. Consult a doctor if you have a pacemaker or other implanted medical device.
- Do not touch the product during operation. Keep hair and loose clothing away from moving parts.
- The underside may become hot during use. Handle with care immediately after use.
- Be mindful of your surroundings to avoid collisions with people or objects. Do not walk around while operating the product and maintain visual contact with it.
- Avoid using unlicensed accessories or software with this product.
- Do not press sharp points or rough edges on the gates against your skin.
Careful Usage
- Do not use the product where wireless communication is prohibited.
- Avoid using the product on unstable surfaces or long-pile carpets.
- Avoid using or storing the product in wet, humid, dusty, or smoky areas, or in places colder than 5°C.
- Do not hold or lift the product while the wheels are moving.
- Do not hold or lift the product by the exhaust area at the back of the kart.
- If the product becomes dirty, wipe it with a soft, dry cloth. Avoid using alcohol, thinner, or other solvents. Keep connectors and wheels free of dust. Avoid using grease or lubricants.
- Charge the built-in battery at least once every six months. If not used for an extended period, it may become impossible to charge.
- Ensure the areas within the black frame on the cardboard gates are not covered, as the product's camera needs to see them for the game to function correctly.
Use of the Integrated Camera
This product has an integrated camera that can stream ground-level images. Take care not to intrude upon the privacy of people around you.

Commercial Warranty (24 Months)
This commercial warranty covers the Mario Kart Live: Home Circuit kart for use with Nintendo Switch consoles. Nintendo warrants the product against defects in material and workmanship for 24 months from the date of first purchase within Spain, the EEA, the UK, and Switzerland. Exclusions apply, including software, accessories, normal wear and tear, damage from misuse, or unauthorized modifications. To claim, contact Nintendo Customer Support within 24 months of purchase and return the product within 30 days of reporting the defect. Proof of purchase is required.
Legal Warranty
This commercial warranty does not affect your statutory consumer rights. The seller is legally responsible for conformity with the contract, and consumers have rights to repair, replacement, price reduction, or contract termination as per applicable consumer laws.
Additional Consumer Rights
Nintendo offers direct support, arranging courier collection for repairs under warranty, typically within 15-20 days. This service is free of charge for the consumer. Furthermore, consumers are not required to prove that a non-conformity existed at the time of purchase; Nintendo's technical service will determine the cause of the defect.
