FOR GENERAL: This appliance is not intended for use by persons with reduced physical, sensory, or mental capabilities, or lack of experience and knowledge, unless supervised. Children should be supervised to ensure they do not play with the appliance.
FOR INSTALLATION:
- Use a power cord matching the product's specifications or higher. Do not use an extension cord or power strip.
- Connect power matching voltage/frequency/rated current conditions.
- Installation must be performed by a qualified technician.
- Install an isolation switch and dedicated circuit breaker.
- Do not install near heaters, flammable materials, humid, oily, dusty locations, direct sunlight, water, or gas leaks.
- Properly ground the appliance using a socket-outlet with ground. Do not ground to gas pipes, plastic, water pipes, or telephone lines.
- CAUTION: Ensure the drain hose is connected correctly for proper draining. Water from the outdoor unit during heating may overflow. Ice falling in winter can cause injury or damage.
- Do not install in locations requiring precise temperature/humidity control (e.g., server rooms).
FOR POWER SUPPLY:
- Do not pull, bend, twist, or tie the power line. Avoid placing heavy objects on it or pinching it.
- If the supply cord is damaged, it must be replaced by the manufacturer, service agent, or similarly qualified persons.
FOR USING:
- If the product is immersed in water or shows abnormal signs, contact Customer Service. Do not disassemble, repair, or modify it.
- In case of gas leak, ventilate immediately without touching power lines or the appliance. Do not use a ventilating fan.
- Do not touch the circuit breaker with wet hands.
- Keep packaging materials away from children.
- Do not touch the air-flow blade with hands/fingers during heating.
- Do not insert fingers or foreign substances into air inlets/outlets.
- Do not place objects near the outdoor unit that children can climb on.
- If foreign substances enter the appliance, cut off power and contact service.
- CAUTION: Check the outdoor unit installation frame annually. Do not install in ships or vehicles. Do not stand on or place objects on the appliance. Do not spray volatile materials like insecticide. Keep remote control batteries away from infants; seek medical attention if ingested. Do not use for preserving precision equipment, food, animals, plants, or cosmetics.
FOR CLEANING:
- WARNING: Disconnect power before cleaning or servicing.
- CAUTION: Be careful of sharp edges on the outdoor unit heat exchanger during cleaning. This should be done by a qualified technician.
FOR R-32 REFRIGERANT:
- WARNING: If the air conditioner malfunctions, stop operation, disconnect power, and consult authorized service personnel.
- Do not use unrecommended methods for defrosting or cleaning.
- Do not pierce or burn.
- Refrigerants may not have an odor. Store the product away from ignition sources.
- CAUTION: Refrigerant leakage can occur if the unit malfunctions. Stop operation, ventilate, and consult your dealer. Refrigerant is not harmful but can generate harmful gases if it contacts fire.
- During transportation, protect pipe lines with brackets. Do not move the product by holding pipe lines to prevent gas leakage.
- Do not cut or burn refrigerant containers or pipings.
- Do not point air direction towards fireplaces or heaters.

1. Launch a QR code reader app and scan the QR code on the product.
2. Choose a menu: Product Registration, Manual, or Customer Support. Select 'Manual' to read the product manual.
NOTE: Online manuals are available via smartphone or website to reduce paper usage.

Cleaning
Auto clean function
Use the Auto clean function if the indoor unit produces odors.
Activating Auto clean
To activate Auto clean, press the (Options) button for at least 3 seconds. The indoor unit display shows: Auto ?
Canceling Auto clean
To cancel Auto clean while it is running, press and hold the (Options) button for 3 or more seconds, or select Clean. SET.
Deactivating Auto clean
To deactivate Auto clean while the air conditioner is in operation, press and hold the (Options) button for 3 or more seconds, or select Clean. SET.
Cleaning the Filter
Clean the air filter every two weeks or when the CF (filter-cleaning reminder) appears on the indoor unit display. Cleaning frequency may vary based on usage and environment.
- Slide the filter off the unit.
- Use a soft brush or vacuum cleaner to remove dust or debris.
- Soak the filter in water with mild detergent for 30 minutes.
- Rinse the filter and let it air dry in a well-ventilated area away from direct sunlight.
- Reinstall the filter.
- Reset the filter-cleaning reminder: In operation, press and hold the (Options) button for 3 or more seconds, or select Filter Reset. SET.
