Getting Started

This guide provides instructions for setting up and using your Bang & Olufsen Cisco 950 headset.

I. Download the Bang & Olufsen App

To get started, download the Bang & Olufsen app from your device's app store.

II. Set Up in the Bang & Olufsen App

Use the app for product tutorials, settings, features, and software updates.

III. Open Case for Automatic Bluetooth Pairing

When opening the Charging Case lid for the first time, the earbuds will automatically enter pairing mode.

Bluetooth Pairing with Another Device

Ensure the charging case is open.
Wait until the LED turns off.
Tap and hold the earbuds for 5 seconds. The LED will flash blue, indicating that your earphones are in Bluetooth pairing mode.

Follow these steps to connect to another device after first-time pairing.

Insert Earbuds

Inside the box, you will find different sizes of eartips. Pick the ones that fit you best for maximum comfort. The earbuds will automatically connect to your latest device via Bluetooth when removed from the charging case.

Charging

The headset can be charged wirelessly or via USB-C.

The Cisco USB HD Adapter is compatible with the Bang & Olufsen Cisco 950. It is available for purchase as a spare accessory and is not included in the box.
