Inline Matrix Remover for OKI Pro Series Label Printers

This all-in-one system is designed for in-line installation with OKI Pro Series Label Printers. It efficiently removes waste material from pre die-cut media and rewinds the finished printed labels face-out onto a 3" cardboard core.

The unit features an external auto-switching 100/240VAC - 2.5A at 24V power supply and an electronic circuit for function control. It enables the achievement of perfect bleed labels on pre die-cut media after waste removal, making edge-to-edge label production on roll extremely easy and quick.

An optional accessory, the MTXSLT170 slitter module, can be added to split the original media width into narrower rolls.

Offline Matrix Remover for OKI Pro Series Label Printers

This offline matrix remover version allows users to remove waste material from printed or blank pre die-cut rolls of labels up to 170mm wide. It rewinds onto a 3" cardboard core with an outside diameter up to 200mm, with finished labels rewound face-out only.

Workflow Optimization:

The primary benefit is "Time Free" operation. As an offline solution, each job is completed without interruptions that could occur during in-line printing processes.

The unit features manual speed and clutch adjustments. The peeling rollers module facilitates matrix removal from the die-cut roll, reducing the risk of tearing and ensuring precise operation. It is equipped with an external auto-switching 100/240VAC - 2.5A at 24V power supply and an electronic circuit for function control.

An ultrasonic sensor automatically adjusts media tension, allowing for extremely tight finished rolls regardless of roll diameter variations. The slitter module offers the capability to split the original media width into narrower rolls.

Label Rewinder for OKI Pro Series Label Printers

Model: MCHRW170

The motorized core holder is designed to handle printed media up to 170mm (6.69") wide. It rewinds rolls with an outside diameter up to 250mm (9.84") onto an internal 3" fixed core. Rewound rolls are produced face-out only.

The rewinding speed is automatically synchronized by a tension arm. The rewinder stops automatically when the roll of labels runs out. The unit is equipped with an external auto-switching 100/240VAC - 2.5A at 24V power supply and an electronic circuit that controls its functions. Its robust design and toughness make it ideal for high and heavy-duty jobs.
