UGREEN USB Bluetooth Adapter Installation and Pairing Guide
This document provides instructions for installing and pairing the UGREEN USB Bluetooth Adapter (Models CM109, 30722, 30723, 30443, 30524) on Windows operating systems. This adapter is compatible with Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8, and 10. It does not support Apple Mac OS.
Installation Guide
Follow these steps to install the Bluetooth adapter driver:
- Insert the provided driver CD into your computer's CD-ROM drive. Alternatively, download the driver package named "Bluetooth 4.0 CSR" from the official UGREEN website: https://www.ugreen.com/drivers/.
- Locate and run the
setup.exe
file. - Select your preferred language from the installer options and click "OK" or "Next".
- Review the license agreement, confirm your acceptance, and click "Next".
- Choose the installation directory for the driver software and click "Next".
- Click "Install" to begin the driver installation.
- Once the installation is complete, click "Finish".
- You may be prompted to restart your computer. If so, please restart it to ensure the driver is fully functional.
Note: After successful installation, a Bluetooth icon should appear in your computer's notification area (system tray).
Pairing Your Device
Once the driver is installed, you can pair your Bluetooth devices:
- Plug the UGREEN USB Bluetooth adapter into an available USB port on your computer.
- Locate the Bluetooth icon in the notification area (system tray).
- Right-click the Bluetooth icon and select an option like "Show Bluetooth Devices" or "Add Device".
- Click the "Add Device" button.
- Ensure the Bluetooth device you wish to pair is turned on and in discovery/pairing mode.
- Select the type of device you are adding (e.g., Audio/Video device, Laptop, PC/Desktop). You can typically keep the default settings.
- From the list of discovered devices, select your target device and click "Next".
- During the pairing process, you may be prompted to enter a pairing code. Enter the same code on both your computer and the device you are pairing.
- If a device does not allow manual code entry, try common default codes such as
0000
or1234
. Consult the manual of your specific Bluetooth device for the correct pairing code if needed. - After successfully completing the pairing, click "Finish".
