Getting Started
Charging the Headphones
Connect the USB Charging Port to a compatible charging adapter using a USB Type-C cable. The Charging Indicator lights up Red while charging and turns Blue when the headphones are fully charged. *USB-C charging cable and adapter are not included as accessories.
Diagram showing a USB Type-C cable connected to the headphones' USB charging port.
Powering ON
Press and hold the Power Button for 3 seconds. The headphones will turn ON with a "Power ON" announcement. When the power is ON, the Bluetooth/ANC Status Indicator flashes in blue at a regular interval. If the ANC function is activated while the power is ON, the indicator flashes alternately in blue and green.
Powering OFF
Press and hold the Power Button for 5 seconds. The headphones will turn OFF with a "Power OFF" announcement. The Bluetooth/ANC Status Indicator lights up red and fades off. To fully turn OFF the power, ensure the ANC function is also turned OFF to prevent extra power consumption, as the ANC function might remain ON even after the headphone power is turned OFF.
Features
Active Noise Cancelling (ANC)
Activating ANC
Press and hold the ANC Button for 2 seconds. If the headphone power is ON, an announcement "Noise Cancelling" will be made, and the Bluetooth/ANC Status Indicator will flash alternately in blue and green. If the headphone power is OFF, the Bluetooth/ANC Status Indicator will light up green. The ANC function can be activated even when the power is OFF. As ANC consumes battery power, ensure the ANC function is turned OFF when not in use.
Deactivating ANC
Press and hold the ANC Button for 2 seconds. If the headphone power is ON, an announcement "OFF" will be made, and the blue/green flashing indicator will fade. If the headphone power is OFF, the green indicator will fade. The status of the ANC function when the headphone power is OFF can be determined by the indicator: Green light means ANC function is ON; no light means ANC function is OFF.
Connectivity
Device Pairing
Initial device pairing is necessary to use the headphones with your device. Once paired, the headphones will connect automatically when powered ON.

* It is necessary to unpair the current device before pairing with a new device. This can be done by removing the current connection or turning off the Bluetooth function of the currently paired device.
Connecting via Analog Audio Cable
The headphones can be used with any device via a physical wired connection by plugging the supplied analog audio cable into the headphones' 3.5mm Audio Jack and the device's audio input. Once the 3.5mm Audio Jack is plugged in, the headphones will turn OFF immediately, and all media controls on the headphones will be disabled. Media control must be performed via the connected device. The ANC function can still be activated when used with a physical wired connection. When the headphone power is OFF, no voice announcements will be made for ANC activation/deactivation; refer to the Bluetooth/ANC Status Indicator instead.

Troubleshooting
Common Issues and Solutions
- Headphones will not turn ON: If it's the first use, the battery may be low due to shipping regulations. Fully charge the battery. If the problem persists, ensure the Power Button is pressed for an adequate time.
- Headphones will not turn OFF: Ensure the Power Button is pressed for an adequate time. If the analog audio cable is connected, the power turns off automatically; disconnect it to check.
- ANC function not deactivated: Ensure the ANC function is turned OFF separately, as it can remain active even when the headphone power is OFF.
- Slow Charging: If using a PC USB port, the output may be low. Use a 5V/1A USB adapter for charging.
- Cannot Detect/Pair: Ensure the headphones are in pairing mode. If already paired, delete the pairing information from the device and try again. Performing a factory reset may also resolve the issue.
- Unstable Music Playback: Bluetooth operates on the 2.4GHz band, which can be subject to interference from Wi-Fi and other wireless standards. Humidity, rain, or head size can also affect the connection. Reducing the distance between devices or turning off other wireless devices may improve stability.
- Microphone cannot be used: The microphone is disabled when the analog audio cable is connected. Disconnect the cable.
Performing Factory Reset
If the headphones have difficulty pairing, perform a factory reset: While the headphone power is ON, press and hold the Volume + Button and the Volume - Button simultaneously for 2 seconds. The Bluetooth/ANC Status Indicator will flash twice in purple, accompanied by 2 beeps. The headphones will then start device pairing mode automatically.
If the problem is not resolved after a factory reset, try this method: 1. Plug the 3.5mm Analog Audio Cable into the headphones' 3.5mm Audio Jack. This will automatically turn OFF the headphones. 2. Unplug the cable and power on the headphones.

If liquid leaks, or if there is an unusual odor or overheat, stop use immediately and move away from combustible materials. Do not charge the battery if the charging port or USB cable is wet.
- [WARNING] Fire, electric shock, overheat, ignition may cause burn or serious injury. Do not use the product while driving a car, motorcycle, or bicycle, as it may cause a traffic accident. Do not use the product in places where it is dangerous if surrounding sound is not audible, as listening at high volume makes it difficult to hear surrounding sounds, potentially causing accidents or injuries (e.g., at railroad crossings, pedestrian crossings, station platforms). Do not allow water or foreign matter inside the headphones, as they are not waterproof and may cause fire or electric shock. Regularly check the charging port for foreign matter. Do not charge the headphones while covered by bedding or other covering, as heat buildup may cause overheat or fire.
- [CAUTION] May cause injury or damage to surrounding property. Keep out of reach of children or persons requiring supervision. Swallowing small parts like magnets or batteries can be dangerous, leading to choking hazards or internal organ damage. Do not use in medical institutions or near people using medical equipment, as it may interfere with devices like pacemakers. When using headphones on an aircraft, follow flight crew instructions, as radio wave effects may cause accidents. A drastic change in air pressure inside the earcups could damage the headphones or ears; avoid pressing the earcups while wearing them. Do not listen at high volume for long periods, as it may result in permanent hearing loss. Do not exceed 40 hours/week at 80 dB(A) and 5 hours/week at 89 dB(A). Using headphones with earrings or piercings may cause injury or damage to the headphones.
