Acson Double Skin Modular Air Handling Unit
Round Edge
Introduction
The Acson DM Air Handling Unit is designed based on a modular panelling concept, allowing for subdivision into multiple sections for on-site assembly. It offers a wide variability of airflow range from 195 to 25,000 lps (700 to 90,000 CMH) and up to a total static pressure of 2000 pa (8"W.G) for DM1, DM2, DM2TB, and 2,500pa (10"W.G) for DMA6. The unit can handle both chilled water and direct expansion systems. It is constructed with Double Skin Polyurethane foam (PUR) insulation panels, available in 25mm or 50mm thickness with a density of 40kg/m³. Custom designs for non-standard AHUs are available upon customer request.
Selection software is available for Acson DM AHU to optimize the best arrangement for chilled water or DX systems. Standard components can be selected and placed according to customer requirements. The program provides fan curves, coil performance data, dimensions, and shipment weight.
