WA28 User Specifications
Product Overview
Windows Hello is a biometric authorization method that provides real-time access to your Windows 10 device. By simply moving their fingers, users can be immediately identified by a new device running Windows 10. Windows Hello offers greater convenience and security compared to traditional passwords. It can unlock Windows, applications, data, and even websites and service keys, eliminating the need for easily forgotten, decoded, or scribbled passwords.

Frequently Asked Questions
- Will the original password still work after using Windows Hello?
Answer: After the Windows Hello device is installed and the fingerprint is set, the original password, original PIN code, and newly registered fingerprint can be used. - Do I need to register my fingerprint after unplugging Windows Hello?
Answer: You don't need to register your fingerprint again the next time you plug in your device or buy a new one. - Why do I get an error when I swipe my finger to register a fingerprint?
Answer: It is possible that the system uses ghost-installed systems that typically use administrator users directly, which is prohibited by Microsoft and requires new users before using Windows Hello. You need to add a new user before using Windows Hello. - The correct way to swipe fingerprint
When registering a fingerprint, first observe the center of the fingerprint grain of the finger to be registered. When swiping, align the center of the fingerprint grain as much as possible with the center of the sensor, and keep the finger as flat as possible. Swipe slightly hard, and do not move when swiping. The more strict the registration, the more relaxed the use. It is best to verify the registration several times after completion. The fingerprint device can collect any finger of the user. The thumb and middle finger are easy to collect clear fingerprint images. It is recommended to use the thumb or middle finger.
