What's in the Box
Upon opening the package, you should find the following items:
- Philips Monitor
- Stand components
- Power cable
- Signal cables (e.g., HDMI, DisplayPort, USB-C)
- Quick Start Guide (this document)
- Other accessories as per regional packaging.
Caution: To prevent scratching or damage, place the monitor face down on a smooth, protected surface during setup.
Monitor Adjustments
The monitor stand allows for ergonomic adjustments:
- Tilt: Adjust the screen angle from -5° (down) to 30° (up).
- Swivel: Rotate the screen horizontally from -180° to +180°.
- Pivot: Rotate the screen 90° for portrait orientation.
- Height Adjustment: The stand may also support height adjustment (up to 150mm).
Connecting Your Monitor
Connect the monitor to your computer and power source using the appropriate cables.
Available Ports:
- Power: Connect the power cable.
- HDMI: For digital video and audio connection.
- DisplayPort (DP): For digital video and audio connection.
- USB-C: Supports video, data, and power delivery (e.g., 15W Fast Charger) for compatible devices.
- D-SUB: For analog video connection.
- USB UP: Connect this to your computer to enable the USB hub functionality.
- USB Type-A (Downstream): Connect peripherals like keyboards, mice, or webcams.
- Audio Out: Connect speakers or headphones.
Connecting via USB Hub: Connect the monitor to your computer using the USB UP port (e.g., USB A-B or USB-C). This activates the monitor's USB hub, allowing you to connect multiple USB devices to the monitor's downstream ports.
Earphone Hanger: A convenient earphone hanger is integrated into the monitor stand for storing your headphones.
Monitor Controls
The monitor is operated using controls typically located on the back or underside of the display. These controls usually include:
- Power Button: ? Turns the monitor on or off.
- Navigation Controls: ⬆️ ⬇️ [OK] Used to navigate the On-Screen Display (OSD) menu, adjust settings, and confirm selections.
